Placed an order for skis and bindings 2 months ago. Started emailing and calling after the 5-7 day delivery time had passed; no emails were ever returned. Called customer service numerous times and waited 15 minutes for them to pick up, only to hear the same excuses: new software program, the order is being processed, the warehouse will ship your item within the next few days, etc. I've asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions, only to be told: "he's out of the building" or "he'll call you back in an hour" - and today's new one - "he quit last Friday and we don't have a supervisor anymore."
As the reviews on here say, THIS COMPANY IS NOT CREDIBLE.
