They are severely lacking in the customer service department. R Jones was extremely rude over the phone, the live chat that only Rick is in charge of is nearly non existent and if you do manage to get Rick to reply, expect 10-20 minutes in between messages to get an answer or reply. No one answers their phone number and the voicemail does not accept messages, it hangs up. Expect your order to be delayed by several days without notice, even if your billing and shipping info match perfectly. They are sticklers for their policies if it favors them to buy time on your order, and they don't follow them if it's in the customers favor. Not even an apology for the delay. I'll never order from here again, not after my experience.
