I would like to share my experience with two Summit Sales Inc. staff. I had not fully done my homework in regard to making the proper PEX connection when replacing an improperly installed and subsequently failed tankless water heater. I needed a specialty tool, not in stock at all three supply houses I frequent which carry this brand. At the suggestion of one of the supply houses, I called Marty McNee, a principal with Summit, who offered a solution. Once he learned my location, he suggested his colleague, Keith Adams, was closer to me. In less than half an hour, Keith had provided the tool and my client family again had running water shortly thereafter.
