why am i even giving star? This company deserve 0 star ! rude receptionist, Just a simple request to change of date for my test result also cant do. By the time i complaint, she just say "dont argue with me"...wow i clap for u. such "professional" way to handle customer.
PS: she actually told me can, but when result out, ITS WRONG.

firstly they propose the date a week before monitoring date they simply request to postpone date monitoring 3 weeks after the date propose. before. not even say sorry.

Good experienced, professional and helpful chemist. They always have a solution to your problem. recommended

TBH I WONT GIVE ANY STAR BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE IT. THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST ARE LACK OF MANNERS. SO RUDE. THANK YOU FOR BEING RUDE.
