Great selection of speed parts, perhaps the biggest of all of the speed shop companies. My only complaint is how sales work, you have to get into a line to order, another line to pay, and another line to pick up. This was not always the case, I remember when you could go to a desk and work with one person and they knew car parts quite well (early 1990's), this was before they had a show room like you see today. Also fustrating is most folks who work there aren't very familiar with the parts they sell. I am reminded of this when I go to their arch enemy Jegs in Columbus. Jegs show room is very small in comparison, but it's easy to find someone to help you and they can run parts down from their warehouse much faster. I am not pro/anti summit or Jegs , just stating what I observed over the recent years. It is good they both are in business as they each carry different products, for examples Jegs sells Eastwood products, it sells Craftsman and Sunex tools, SEM paints, etc...

Summit Racing is the best place to buy new performance parts for any auto project.

Honestly? That place is like mecca.If You are a car enthusiast, you will think that you died and went to Heaven. On this particular trip, everything went swimmingly. I was in-and-out in about 5 minutes. It was a long ride for me to get there, so as I was about to leave, I thought I'd better use the restroom before I leave. So I asked the guy up front where do I leave my part so I can go to the restroom. He said just leave it right here on my desk. He was so accommodating and friendly, it reminded me of how things used to be in retail. The young man at the counter for pick ups, by the name of John, was also incredibly helpful and accommodating and seemed to be happy to be there and happy to help me. All too often, this is not the experience one has when one enters a retail establishment. And especially if you are entering the realm of a specialty shop, the level of condensention can be almost overwhelming. But not here. Here, it was a delight.

Always went here for parts for my 3rd gen camaro and have never been disappointed! Hinds down a great place even just to kill time! Extremely helpful and friendly staff and they go the extra mile for you to make sure you're taken care of!!!!

I've ordered here before and it use to be good but 35 day shipping times are rediculous for large amount items.... This will be my last purchase with summit jegs could have had it out and to me already.

Absolutely one of the worst vendors I ve dealt with. Ordering a Hayden trans cooler and fans. They had me order and pay for a mounting kit that the cooler already came with. Trying to do a return and constantly wait an average of 24 minutes on hold. Waited 14 minutes so far for a text response via their website. When asking them questions about products they sell, they have absolutely no clue. Never ever again.

I'm not really a car guy and i love this place. Lots of stuff on the showroom floor. Tons of stuff in the warehouse. It's pretty much "you need it? We got it!" Check out the scratch and dent section at the left back corner of the store. Car parts and knick knacks for a good markdown.

My favorite place in the world. Helpful staff, a very large selection, and thier app is amazing.

They have just about everything you need I wish they would expand diesel inventory but they had my injector cup so I'm satisfied.

Purchased wheel bearing assembly for rear wheels that stated they fit my vehicle. Had bearings installed by friend to save money and brake and abs warning lights came on. Went to Summit racing to see if they could help diagnose problem and they said they could not. Went to other auto store and they could not help. Ended up taking to Ford dealer to diagnose issue and wrong sensor was on wheel bearing that was sold to me by Summit racing. I had to pay labor cost for bearings to be removed, and correct sensor replaced. I notified summit racing that the bearings they were selling had incorrect sensors on them. I spent an extra $350 for labor to have this issue diagnosed and Summit reimbursed me $17 for the cost of the sensor. I will never shop there again, they do not stand behind their products.

This is a great resource to purchase high performance and racing parts. The staff here is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Their pricing is reasonable. I have been buying from these fine people for years now. They help me whether I buy from them or not. They are all very professional from what I have experienced...

Summit Racing is a great local company, and they treat their employees very well (former employee here) but they really need to modernize if they are gonna survive. Theres no reason that it should take over a week to get a part in. The customer support while very friendly, could not give any real answers on where my part is. I really want to give Summit a better review as I do believe they are a great company, but I cant, because this is a problem I have always had with them, horrible logistics.

I'm my toy store for truck parts. I have an old 64, a 65 and my 66 trucks that I work an and they have everything I need.

I'd like Summit Racing a lot more if they identified the country of origin of their products. Yes, I care and I will pay more for American Made. I wish more people did.
