Cozy place, great friendly staff and easy checking into the hotel. Rooms were nice, they have us a free room upgrade to a suite (nice). Hotel is not quite on the strip but close enough you'd still find it very acceptable. It is a fair ways from the lifts however (10 minute walk). Over all great hotel... Would stay again.

Beautiful rooms with comfy beds, amazing staff who are all super friendly and helpful, and great overall atmosphere. We found the location perfect and the spa onsite is a treat. Thank you for all the afternoon treats - Fab way to end a ski day with cocktails, spiked hot choc or cheese and wine. It's the attention to detail that sets this hotel apart. Also for families with small children the full kitchenette in the room is a boon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay at the Summit Lodge Hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming (shoutout to Lloyd for being so helpful and professional), the executive studio was spacious, clean and comfortable, the amenities were open while following covid safety guidelines (e.g. max 2 people in the hot tub at a time; guests can easily reserve a time slot for when they would like to use the tub), and a hot breakfast including a coffee, muffin, and an english muffin sandwich was also delivered to our door in the morning. The location of the hotel is also very convenient - it's right in the middle of the village. I would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous night here. We requested a quiet room and they delivered - best night's sleep in a while. I'll need to bring my swimsuit for next time as their pool and hot tub look great. Bonus points for the little sock friend they keep in your room and the candy in the evening in reception.

Stayed 3 nights over the BC day long weekend during covid. Had health regulations in place and staff was super at adhering to safety protocols. Great location to restaurants, Nester s market, liquor store, and the village. We bought a great package that included parking, breakfast, and a massage. Ahead of our stay we requested the sofa bed to be made with clean sheets as our son was with us and that we needed the kitchenette stocked. Room itself was clean and nice but very tight for the 3 of us, queen bed very comfy. Kitchenette had everything we needed but we had to wipe down the outside of the fridge, kitchen cabinet handles, and rewash all the dishes/cutlery ourselves as they were not clean. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities but was extremely tight, bathroom door swings inward, so impossible if more than 1 person is getting ready.
They removed a lot of unnecessary decoratives which was appreciated, some items were missing but if you needed anything at all, you just call down and they brought everything up to our door within minutes. Spa and massage was great and super nice after a day golfing. Pool and hot tub use was by reservation the morning and was fantastic so physical distancing was followed pool area was nice and a hit with our son. Hot coffee and warm breakfast sandwiches and muffins brought to our room every morning exactly at the time we requested! Parking for us was included, spaces are very tight. One evening there were no spaces available and one of the staff overheard and moved their car out of their reserved spot so we could park. Great, friendly customer service before, during, and after our stay so hence 5 stars.

Overall, on the disappointing side - far from the "boutique" experience the name promises. Every fixture looks and feels a bit tired and run down...no glaring faults, but it just gives off a vibe of "high mileage". The underground parkade was a bit of a sloppy mess, too - at least half a dozen potential spots were chained off and/or used for storage of grotty old furniture and fixtures, and guest parking was already in very short supply.

The room itself was adequate. Clean, but still felt a little worn and tired (i.e. the TV remote control had dog teeth bite marks in it). But the sleep quality was ATROCIOUS...the mattress was okay, but the pillows were absolutely horrid. They were like lumpy, saggy bags of pudding - far past their "best before" date for sure. If I were staying there again, I'd bring my own pillows from home - they're that bad.

It was a convenient location right in the Village itself, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice to stay next time. They'd do themselves a favour by taking "boutique" out of their name... boutique implies small in size but high in quality, and Summit Lodge is only one of those two things.

Loved this hotel. Came for one night for a stop over on a mini getaway with my husband and two little girls.
Everything from check in to check out was great. Rooms were very clean and beautiful!
Bed very comfortable. Loved the little kitchenette in the room and balcony.

Perfect distance in/from the village. Quiet with a great view.

Great stay and service! I will definitely be reccomending this hotel to others.

Clean, friendly and environmentally responsible. Mattress could use replacing, and having the ac unit right beside the bed is a bit annoying. Rooms are a bit small. Nice touches in the room suited for the younger generation though. Nice soaps and shampoos, quiet at night.

Great example of taking service to next level! We had some travel challenges and once they found out about it they made sure we had super amazing welcome! In short they shared care. Plus throw in smiles, wonderful rooms & their community care program - check the bin in the closest and donate!

We are staying here currently in the Executive Studio. It is our first trip since COVID and we feel comfortable with this hotel s rules and cleanliness. Our room had very limited supplies in it because they wanted to avoid cross-contamination so all we have had to do is phone downstairs and request items and they bring them up within seconds and leave them outside on a cart for us. Nice staff here, good location, awesome room. Will book again.

I've stayed in Whistler plenty of times and Summit Lodge was the best experience by far. The rooms are beautifully updated and stylish, and the Malin + Goetz bath products are amazing. The unique touches at Summit made the experience memorable. They had the most adorable one-of-a-kind, locally hand made Sock Monsters in the room for adoption - my son instantly made friends with one of them. And the front desk had something interesting for guests every day - one day it was free cupcakes, another day it was an assortment of candy. We highly recommend the Summit Lodge and look forward to staying there next time we visit Whistler.

Excellent hotel! Great ambiance, amazing staff and clean rooms. Rooms usually have one queen/king bed and a pullout (which is very comfortable as a bed). Well stocked kitchenette. Across the street from the grocery store. A bit of a walk from the gondolas (10 mins) but away from the bars and clubs, which makes a peaceful sleep. Competitive rates. Highly recommend this place.

Close to the Olympic Plaza. Onky used it for overnight accommodation but the rooms were neat and clean. The soap dispensers in the shower are a tacky idea but apart from that a good hotel.

A really nice hotel in whistler. We were happy there and enjoyed the hot tub and electric fireplace in the room. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. Gladly again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and ours had a kitchenette. I've never had a bed tucked in so well by hotel staff anywhere. It is located on a street off the main drag so it is quieter than some of the other hotels. Dogs are allowed. Parking lot is good for small cars but possibly tricky for large trucks.

My first time staying overnight in Whistler during the summer. Usually this is my winter visiting location; due to COVID, travel habit changes.

Booked this location as it is one of the Expedia VIP Hotel offered in the area and it provided some Gold Member perks such as the room upgrade and early check in which made the trip much more convenience on the day of travel.

It has a bike rental by entrance so you may rent a bike and explore the area easily. I traveled to whistler without a vehicle, the hotel is not far from the tour bus station and easily walk-able distance. It is relatively convenience location with restaurants, cafe, convenient stores, and liquor store nearby

Also, during the COVID pandemic, there is a station by the entrance with complementary mask. Sanitizers are all around for usage. The hot tub and pool has taken new measure on capacity to allow physical distancing.

New safety measures are taken ensure the visitors and employees are well and healthy. I may stay in the same hotel next time visiting whistler

They have recently updated the look (I didn't think it needed it!) but it looks great. I always enjoy my stay there. The small details are taken care of and little extras are noticed! The staff is always friendly and present (unlike some of the other hotels I've stayed at in Whistler) and the rooms are clean, modern and dog friendly too! I always love staying there :) I feel like I am at a spa.
