Very home, very comfortable, free coffee at 7 o'clock in the morning is very good, occasionally in the afternoon will be in the hall to put snacks, the first floor also has snowboard waxing, very hard to manage ~ I really love it!

We ate at one of the hotel's restaurants, Elements Urban Tapas Parlour. The food was delicious! Easily one of the best dining options in Whistler. It is a shared tapas-style restaurant, and amongst the five of us we ordered six dishes to share. We could have ordered more, but this was only one of our food stops for the night. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant for the evening. We will definitely be back to try more of the dishes!
Cute hotel with plushies on the bed and rubber duckies in the bathroom. It's a little far from the gondolas but there's a shuttle that runs frequently.
Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, thank you Lloyd, I do believe it was, for your exceptional wonderful, kind and humorous self. Such excellent customer service... thank you!
So beautiful hotel , decor is so amazing i like the idea of having an iPad in the room and little toy on a bed, we had welcomed by a gift which was so nice recommended
Wonderfully cosy and elegant accommodations, with friendly and helpful staff. Numerous amenities, including complimentary specialty coffees and teas in the lobby.
My 2nd review for a hotel. Quite clean, homey, pleasant. In the heart of the Whistler village. We had the executive suite which was quite modernized, liked it!!
Love this Hotel!!! Definitely best place to stay in Whistler, basted on quality of the rooms, customer service and welcoming atmosphere, I would call this place "small Fairmont" but with better location:)
I would highly recommend Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel. Front desk staff were very gracious and welcoming. We felt very much at home. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were great. The hotel is in a very central location within Whistler Village. Our favourite restaurant (Elements Urban Tapas Parlour) is in stumbling distance from the hotel. Lots of other good restaurants less than 2 minute walk away. I would definitely stay at Summit Lodge again.
Stayed here after staying at blackcombe lodge and must say, this place is on another level! The lightly citrus-scented lobby hints at the level of classiness of this hotel as soon as you walk through the front door. When you open the door to your room that you really feel the full experience. Huge room with excellent decor, sofa area with a coffee table, dinning area with seats and small dining table and a small kitchen, it's more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, and it would be wrong of me not to mention the (pretty unnecessary but totally cool) iPad that comes preloaded with information about whistler and the hotel. Cleanliness and facilities were all exceptional as well as the price point. Only drawback is it's a little bit further from the slopes as some of the other hotels but it's still very much walkable. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Robbie and Lloyd, they were amazing. I would recommend this place, 5 stars.
We had an amazing time at the Summit over spring break! We heard about it through Living Social and they worked so hard to accommodate us even though our voucher had already expired. Every time we were in the lobby they were quick to help us, and went the extra mile. So glad they had comfy doggie beds for our travelling companion, and the kids had a blast in the heated pool. I would highly recommend staying here for all the extras you get for free! Fully functioning kitchens made a quick affordable dinner and I was happy to take advantage of the free bike rental to do some sight seeing around the golf course! Made for a really fun first experience in Whistler for my family. :)
Front desk staff was wonderful and guests are treated very well. In Whistler village with good size, clean rooms. We enjoyed a bottle of the reasonably priced B.C. wine from the minibar.
I love this hotel. It s the only place we stay in whistler. Love the funky rooms and decor, great happy hour, candy bar , and amazing little pool and fire pit area. But best of all is the service. They just spoiled me rotten with wine, bath soak and lotion, a desert platter, and slippers. All because my hubby told them I m coming to stay for my first night alone from baby to get a full night sleep. They absolutely made sure my stay was the most relaxing get away possible Every time we come we are so happy. Always a lovely welcome gesture of a handwritten note and a little something waiting for us on the table. Something different every time. Seriously... the BEST Thanks Summit! See you again in a month or so! Just can t stay away
This newly renovated lodge is quite special. Besides it's central location in Village North, it's tied to a coffee shop which is open 24 hours to chat with friends, a tapas and a bike shop. The staff upgraded our queen room to king and provided crib for our baby at no cost, very thoughtful and friendly. The self-serve free exquisite coffee machine in the lobby is definitely a bonus. With 160 a night it cant get better than that. There are so many restaurant within 2 mins of walking! Will visit again for sure.
Me and my boyfriend are from Maui. So it s natural for us to be friendly towards everyone and we felt like we were at home. We loved staying here..Great atmosphere, great service! Steve the shuttle driver is so personable and his dog bell really makes you feel like at home! He does an excellent job with the guests! The room was very clean and tidy. Even the house keepers make you feel welcomed. The server joe at element is so friendly and nice! We enjoyed our stay here! Love Canada!
Great hotel but the underground parking is ridiculous. The parking spaces were made for small European cars. If you have a mid to large vehicle dont park in the underground. Literally inches to get out of your vehicle.
My husband and I visited in the off season but the attentiveness of the staff was no indication of that! They provided amazing service and even had a late afternoon offering of beer and borscht one day during our stay. Location is excellent as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Location is superb. Hygiene is pretty good during the COVID I guess from the smell of bleach from sec entering the room. Towel is not quite white... u can actually seen some discoloration... Sheet is not quite lint free either. Parking is extremely small watch out those comes by truck. There is no Kleenex. Spa is just soso. Doesn t have a nice warm blanket or towel like other spa given that you are almost naked under a thin sheet. I don t hate the experience. Although Really hope this is all due to COVID so that we could come back after the pandemic. Service is excellent !!
Stay away, rude staff, they do not follow through with their promises, waited hours for our room to be ready, was told twice they would contact us when it was ready, no call, no text, I checked at 1pm and 3, 4:30 still nothing so I went to the Delta, to compound matters lobby washroom was filhty.
Definitely recommend. Friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms, nice jacuzzi and pool and added bonus of the ski shuttle which drops you next to the gondolas.
Hotel 5/5, Friendliness 5/5, Service 5/5, Staff 5/5, Rooms 5/5, Cleanliness 5/5, for uss, everything perfect! This is our second time here and again everything perfect!
Nice cozy boutique hotel. They served nice afternoon snacks and beer, pretty nice after a ski day. Very dog friendly! Would recommend dog owners to go there. I feel only cons is the mattress is not as good as those in luxury hotel.
We originally booked a 2 night stay but loved whistler so much decided to add an extra night. Start of October. Upon checking, we are offered a complimentary upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel, and that was without asking. We were on our honeymoon. We got given a suite. Very comfortable clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. We have been travelling around the USA/ Canada and this was the best hospitality we have received. The hotel is well put together. Even had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. The cleaners even made daily towel animals each room service. Really cute. We used the spa pool an sauna. Pool was probably a bit too chill at this time of the year but we enjoyed the other facilities. They have a complimentary coffee machine and assortments of teas at the lobby. Such a nice touch. Complimentary tea and coffee also in our room. We added the extra night the day before we checked out and were given a discount for the additional night and able to keep the same room. Miguel working at the reception is a champ!paid parking underneath the hotel was convenient. Hotel well located within the village surrounded by restaurants and retail stores. Would definitely come back and stay there again.
Booked for 2 nights march 12-14th and we couldn t be happier with the hotel, we are frequent visitors to whistler and this was the first time at summit. But unfortunately this will be our last. Last night at about 11:30 pm we were making ourselves coffee in the lobby when the older gentlemen working behind the counter was staring at us asking if he could help us with something, then very rudely asked if we were staying in the hotel and demanded our room number and last name. Many others walked in after and before us and never asked for any identification from them. The entire situation made us very uncomfortable and we felt profiled. When I asked why he was doing this he replied because I can after he confirmed our identity he didn t saying anything and walked into the back. It was a very unsettling experience it s a shame because we absolutely loved the hotel
This is an excellent boutique hotel with a free coffee machine in the lobby, fruity water and a really good elements restaurant and coffee shop coworking space. It even has Whistler's only 2 way bitcoin ATM machine.
they are really pet friendly hotel outdoor hottub on 1st floor with small swimming pool. it was very nice at night when it is cool outside. they finish 10 pm tho
We stayed one night at the Summit Lodge hotel. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the top floor of the hotel. The suite was very spacious and also had a kitchenette. The location of the hotel is good. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would return!
probably the best price / value here in whistler. Service is super friendly and helpful, rooms are ok, great views and they love animals . The walk into the city is about 9 minutes and the Bad thing: there are all the shopping stores on the way, overflow of bags .
We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was an excellent place from which to explore Whistler. There was a shuttle to the ski lifts but it was also easily walkable. Having a kitchen was exactly what was required in order to have breakfast before heading out to the slopes.
For health reasons we needed a quiet room. Not only did they accomodate us but gave us a upgraded room without us asking for it. Very good location. Room was clean. The only gripe I have being allergic to scented things is the room was heavily scented and the hand soap is really strongly scented.
Great place to stay! Upgraded me and wife for free to a bigger room, and gave us a complimentary bottle of Pinot Gringo. Room was clean, warm with a little balcony. The staff is extremely polite. There's a free pool and a hot tub to use. They also have an iPad in rooms, to use for your stay.
The only downside is paid $21 a night underground parking.
It's a beautiful, clean hotel located right in the village. However, I suggest you stay away from the tapas restaurant located in the hotel. Food is edible at best, that is, if you're willing to wait close to half an hour on one of their slowest days.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was really clean and friendly staff. But the part that was the best is I left the room in a rush, and forgot my makeup bag and my debit card. When I was driving back to Vancouver, they called me and told me. They offered to ship it back to me. They were very accommodating and sent me an email to confirm they actually sent it. I was super impressed!
Highly recommend this hotel!! All of the cute little extra touches did not go unnoticed! High end shampoos/conditioner etc, little ducky in the shower, platypus towel, candy bar, free premium coffees & teas, nice ambiance in the room with electric fireplaces and cool viby music channels. Has nice spa, pool & hot tub. They were pretty relaxed with drinks around the hot tub as long as you were mellow.we booked out almost a whole floor for our friends and so happy every step of the way with summit lodge!! The staff was so friendly too. Will definitely be back!
