We had dinner at the restaurant and it was great food. We walked inside the hotel and there was some activity around and the place was clean and orderly.

Very nice boutique hotel. Every corner has it's unique touch of style. Very thoughtful welcoming lobby. Cocktail and candy bar. iPad for you to use in the hotel room.

The lodge was ok, very small room. Carpets could have used a cleaning. This was a good deal for Whistler. Whistler is awesome.

Great service. Robbie at the front desk, very friendly and quick, answered any questions. All the service staff very friendly and greeted us in the mornings. Hot tub, pool & sauna were quiet (off-season) and private.. bring a beer (can!).. overall nice stay and nice rooms.

This hotel allows pets. We reserved 2 rooms with 3 dogs.

The location is superb, easy to find. Underground parking is right around the corner. It s $21/night, but that s all right.

The front desk staff was super friendly. And I noticed that our dogs name were marked on a chalkboard, it s kinda sweet and welcoming.

There s a outdoor hot tub and a pool, and ropes and slippers are complimentary. So are candy and coffee. Useful and enjoyable features we appreciate.

The rooms were cooooosy. There s a fire place in the room, and relaxing back ground music playing from the TV.

A nice little kitchen, with tablewares, glasses, dish detergent and a sponge. And I will not forget the paper towel stored above the microwave oven.

I can t explain why one roll of paper towel makes me feel so comfortable, but it just does.

The washroom is clean, and they provide hand soap instead of bar soaps beside the sink. The shampoo smells great, and the rum body wash is interesting too.
They left a tiny rubber ducky on top of the floor towel, it s a cute move and it makes us giggle.

They go out of their way to take care the dogs. 3 dogs, 3 drink bowl with some treats, 3 complimentary toys, 3 pets drying towels and cards with their names on it. I sure the dogs would be flattered if they could read.

We requested for 3 dog beds. They specifically picked the beds based on the size of the dogs. The shepherd and husky got the big round bed, and a small luxurious donut cuddler bed for the little French bulldog. I can t imagine how they managed to do that. So many guests with so many different pets. It certainly take some serious effort to be this meticulous.

I decided to write this review after the first night, I haven t tried the tub and pool yet, but I m sure they won t disappoint us.

The stay is a steal, wonderful experience, it makes the vacation so much better.

12/10 would recommend!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, parking only $21.
A lot of dust build up against the wall at the head of the bed, otherwise perfect.

I was in an Executive King Suit for 2 nights with my husband/son. There was enough space for 3 people and even 2 balconies to step out for enjoying mountain/street view. Room was very clean and in-room kitchen was helpful. When you need any supplies, hotel s response was quick and efficient. Convenient location, but quiet. Since Covid19, safety was the biggest concern for planning this trip and Summit Ridge was the right choice. I ll stay here again. Big thanks for every staff!!

There are so many good things to say I don't know where to start. They absolutely nail the basics like cleanliness, appearance, facilities, housekeeping and friendliness. It is the little quirks that really makes the hotel shine, like having a fish rental program (loved having Alan to look after), high quality coffee in the lobby, candy corner for a few hours each day, a board with names of pets staying in the hotel and all. Also points for using dispensers for soap and shampoo instead of little plastic bottles. All in all this was the closest to a perfect stay I have had!

Perfect central location. Luxurious room with lots of extras(swimming pool, one hour bike rental). Additional cost for parking with tight parking spaces, however would highly recommend.

The room was really nice, even have a cute kitchen to prepared a nice meal. There s a supermarket near by, full with all kinds of fresh ingredients, it s easy and convenient to made you and your love one a nice meal.

Nice clean room. Basic but functional kitchen for a short stay. Nice front end staff and you cant beat the location. In a quiet spot if the village so you dont have to deal with any of the noise from restaurants or bars. Gave us a free bottle of wine in the room as well so that was a nice bonus.

Great place right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the marketplace to the village and lifts. Rooms were spacious, very clean. Kitchen was large enough to accommodate us. Washroom is a key room and it is very clean and all amenities are amazing for our budget. Our first time in Whistler and it's a memorable one. Staff was very supportive and informative with activities to keep us busy.

Excellent place for a ski holiday! The shuttle to the mountains is perfect! The staff are efficient and very kind!

Lovely rooms. Faux fireplace was an excellent touch. The balcony allowed a breath of fresh air during the evening but use the screened window during summer for mosquitos. Received two queen beds rather than a King plus sofa, no big deal. Very friendly staff and tap-card door locks.

Friendly service. Nice room. A bit far to the lifts if walking in ski boots, but free shuttle so no big deal. Too bad underground parking garage was too low for our SUV with cargo box, but able to park at library which was only a 2 minute walk away.

Concierage was very friendly, room was spectacularily clean, fancy lay out. I would most definitely stay again.

Cool and youthful design all around the hotel. Nice ambient music when you entered the room, nice selection of scented soaps and moisturizers for use. Definitely beats the little bottles other hotels give.
Heated hot tubs and pool, nice in the off season when it's cool out.

Modern and clean. The rooms are cozy but spacious enough. There is a free shuttle that runs to the mountain and back all day! Parking will cost you a pretty penny.

We decided to stay with Summit Lodge after reading a lot of good reviews. Its not disappointed at all, the room was cozy comfy clean including very friendly all staffs make us feel welcome there. The location was another great deals it s nearby everything you need. Especially both of Mountain View was incredible. Absolutely we will pass this to our friends and come back again. Thank you so much for giving us a great time there.

Conceirge was really helpful, and upgraded us from one queen/one sofa bed to two queen beds because one was available. They were knowledgeable and gave us some good suggestions on where to go. The sock monsters on the bed were also a cute touch. Really great experience overall!

This was our second stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfy and the decor is pleasant. Our dog loves coming up here with us, and they are super pet friendly. A nice bonus this year, they keep an iPad in the room for guest use.

What a great place to stay, seconds to the Olympic village. The food at the restaurant down stairs was amazing. I will be going back! Service and ladies at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer. Thanks Summit lodge for making my first Wistler trip epic. DG from California

We visit Whistler very often.. at least 3 times a year. We have stayed at many other hotels in Whister And this is our favourite hotel by far. Location is great, you are steps from everything! And also kitchenette, all year-round pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Hotel is very very pet friendly and pet stays for free! And on top of that you will get dog bowl, toys, doggie bags, and healthy all natural treats.. woot woot woof woof! And of course the staff are great too. Last one was probably our 10th times staying there and looking forward to many many more..

Summit Lodge was awesome. The location is right in the centre of Whistler s Village, with lots to do & eat in walking distance. The staff is wonderful, and our room was clean and cozy. But the best part of all was the decor, ambiance, and overall feel of the hotel, from lobby to pool to hallway to room. Truly, I cannot think of one negative thing to say! I hope to be back for another stay soon.

Honestly if I'm booking time in Whistler this is my first choice. Rooms have balconies which I really enjoy and utilize on my stay. They all have couches as well as far as I know and I like that as well.

We enjoyed our week-long stay here. The staff were friendly, from the cleaners, to the front desk, to the shuttle drivers. Loved that they had dogs behind the reception desk that we could pat. The room was on the small side but nicely decorated with enough room for all our stuff. The kitchen was small and basic but sufficient for our needs. There are a few little things that made our stay extra special: the hot chocolate machine, the wine tasting night, the little notes you can leave for staff. We enjoyed the spa, the pool and the sauna, the tuning centre below was reasonably priced, there was good coffee at the cafe and excellent tapas at Elements. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the gondolas, very close to marketplace for groceries and to the Olympic village for ice skating and other kids activities. If you're after something boutique, quiet, and a little quirky, give this place a go!

Super location, central and yet quiet. Cozy modern design.

Generally a good experience. The hotel is very central, close to the village. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Parking is a bit steep for $20 a day but there is a free guest parking lot 5 min away which was good.

Stayed here with my wife four pur 10 year wedding anniversary and our 17 year together anniversary. Nice hotel in a great central location and walking distance to everything. I would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The young staff are professional and attentive, the rooms thoughtfully decorated and comfortable and the afternoon freebies are a real treat.

The only negative is that the housekeeping went downhill during the stay. We tend to tip at the end and this may have had something to with it. Also, there is no boot room, so they and poles come back to your room.

If I went back to Whistler, I would stay here.

Nice quirky rooms and good location next to shops and restaurants, quick access to the gondola by frequent hotel shuttle. Staff is beyond great and friendly and they made our stay very special!

Amazing place to stay. We were upgraded without even asking on our arrival. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfy. Plenty of hot water, although pressure is lacking, but that didnt matter. Great location with fantastic helpful staff.
Parking is available for a small nightly fee.
Would def recommend and stay again.

I loved this hotel. It was modern clean and the staff couldn t be more helpful. Drinks and snacks available on some afternoons. Coffee and hot chocolates always available and free. I would also recommend getting a Stuf d sock monster (an example in your room) as it s a great way of remembering your trip!
