We originally booked a 2 night stay but loved whistler so much decided to add an extra night. Start of October. Upon checking, we are offered a complimentary upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel, and that was without asking. We were on our honeymoon. We got given a suite. Very comfortable clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. We have been travelling around the USA/ Canada and this was the best hospitality we have received. The hotel is well put together. Even had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. The cleaners even made daily towel animals each room service. Really cute. We used the spa pool an sauna. Pool was probably a bit too chill at this time of the year but we enjoyed the other facilities. They have a complimentary coffee machine and assortments of teas at the lobby. Such a nice touch. Complimentary tea and coffee also in our room.
We added the extra night the day before we checked out and were given a discount for the additional night and able to keep the same room. Miguel working at the reception is a champ!paid parking underneath the hotel was convenient. Hotel well located within the village surrounded by restaurants and retail stores. Would definitely come back and stay there again.
