Summit Catering

I can't recommend Summit enough. Their food quality blew all other caterers out of the water for us to start. They handled my dietary restriction (dairy allergy) so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They have plenty of staff available to you on your day and they are constantly checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Having both a maitre'd and assistant truly made it so much easier on us. You will not be disappointed in choosing Dory and her team.

We recently hired Summit to cater our wedding at a house we rented down the shore for twenty five people. To say we were pleased with the overall experience would be a great understatement. The staff we interacted with were top notch from the start. They were kind, courteous, informative and helpful with planning our menu and getting us started. They answered all of our many questions with a smile and helped to guide us with things we were unsure about. They checked in not only along the way but again just prior to the event to make sure it would run smoothly and that everything was just as we wanted. On the day of, we could not have hoped for a better team. The two staffers that worked our event were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and precise with their set up, preparation, presentation, serving and clean up of food. The food itself was amazing! We are still getting compliments on it! We would highly recommend Summit and look forward to using them in the future for other events!

I had to come on this page to say thank you Summit. I recently went to a wedding at one of the most beautiful hidden gems I've seen in a long time Eagle Manor. Summit was the caterer for the wedding and from the minute the hors d'oeuvres walked out I knew this was going to be something amazing, from the cheesesteak egg rolls, empanadas, bacon wrapped scallops, bruschetta and vegetable egg rolls with this sauce drizzled on it that I've never tasted anything like it. The service is absolutely amazing the workers stayed safe and masked and were the most polite group of men and women I have encountered in a long time. They did not skip a beat and the bartender's made some of the best cocktails. If I ever get married myself I know where to go because your company treated the guest just as well as the bridal party. Amazing service hats off to your team for pulling off anything in a time like this. You made a year of pandemic stress go away with every bite.

Summit Catering is hands down one of the best! Our wedding reception had to be rescheduled in less than 3 weeks and Dory and her team brought all of our ideas to life. From the moment we contacted them, they jumped right into action and helped put us at ease and calm us down as we were panicking. They helped us pick the best food options for an outdoor venue, and provided us with plenty of information in great detail. The food at the wedding did NOT disappoint. The mongolian beef was INCREDIBLE, people are still asking about it weeks later. The cake and desserts were delicious, and we even asked for a specialty cake and it was exactly as we had imagined. We cannot thank Dory, Betty our Maitre D and the rest of the Summit staff enough for making our wedding dreams come true! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We just had my husbands 60th Birthday party at our home and used Summit Catering. It was short notice and they accommodated all my wishes with kind and courteous customer service. The staff that came and setup, served and cleaned up were amazing as welI. Thank you to the entire team for making the day perfect. The food was amazing! Everyone at the party was raving over it. I would recommend them highly.

Cannot express enough kind words about the Summit Team. Not only did they cater our micro-wedding, they also did my bridal shower , our Thanksgiving dinner and will be doing a few other events in our future, that's how much we love them. We used Summit Catering for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. The food alone was very delicious and the staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face.
