I had a similar problem as another person that wrote a review
Customer service never responded to me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT>not because of the service but because the product breaks down. This was my 3rd one. Stay away and shame on you guys for the bad service

The environment is tidy, organized and well-kept & the permanent workers from the front office to the warehouse is very friendly, they're all competent and know how to do their jobs.

This was actually my first job and considering that this was the first place I ever worked compared to some of the other warehouses i've been to, it's very laissez-faire in which the boss will respect you as long as you do your job and take initiative.

Overall, I would come back to work here if I was able to, my only issue with this place is that you have to remember more than 20 ways each product is placed onto a pallet--there's no visual on the boxes to display how the box should be placed (compared to some of the other factories and warehouses i've worked at).

After having connectivity issues between the Baby Pixel camera and monitor we purchased directly from Summer Infant, I reached out to their customer service email. After multiple follow-ups for a resolution, I finally received a reply to my last follow up attempt, over a month later. There wasn't any solution offered, just the suggestion for me to buy the product again at a 30% discount. This is my second summer Infant monitor that has stopped working. They are not built to last and their customer service is amongst the worst I've ever experienced. You're better off spending your money with another brand.

Getting orders printed from either walmart or toys r us,Canadian tire, best buy, and amazon. Then picking the orders from our pick-list to be packaged by Canada post. or to be put on different skids that either went through Canpar or Apex to be picked up. Assisting with freight audits when shipments would come into the dock then they were put away.
I learned how to use RedPrairie's Warehouse Management software,And Microsoft Dynamics GP.
The overall company was great! I miss working for summer infant.
