Not professional. After many discussion the worst situation that we didn t want to happen still happened. At the beginning every thing we discussed is no problem, when the the problem arise then start to push the problems. In the end we have to settle ourself. Even when we settle ourself, their side have problems too. A lesson to learn, not to find random supplier online. It is better to introduce from your friends and family.

Terrible service and very unprofessional. The admin staff, Ann, was very rude and did not listen to me. She kept interrupting me and scolding me and placing blame on my company when they are the ones who are at fault. Every single time we have a problem with the website and call them, they tell our company to do it ourselves or they will ignore our emails until we do it. What is the point of paying for a service when I will have to do it myself in the end.

They are lazy and slow moving and refuse to give direct answers or apologize. They say they cannot update our website because they have no intern. If an intern can do it then why can't they? Everyone is always out of office and you must wait multiple days for a reply or for even the smallest update. This service is anything but simple.

Our website is constantly slow, it crashes and customers can not even purchase on it. It takes 5 minutes for a page to load.

Worst ever experience. They don't deliver what they promise. Inexperienced company. Only informed us they are unfamiliar with gmail when all our data has been erased. They say they can do everything until they get your PO and payment, the nightmare begins.

Google is too kind not to granting users a choice to choose ZERO stars or negative scores. This company's name is Just Simple but the customer experience is anything but SIMPLE. Service is bad, response is bad, attitude is bad. You are not allowed to even speak to Technical persons and their Finance will come chasing you for "overdue" Invoices, 2 weeks after the Invoices have already been paid. Don't even think of reaching the top management - they are demigods
