Finding an apartment in a foreign country could be a daunting task, but with SuiteLife's help everything went fast and smooth. Benny helped me a lot in terms of finding and negotiating an apartment, getting internet connection and opening a bank account. When it was time to leave the apartment, he was also there to help me address issues when it comes to handing over the apartment. He made sure everything was clear with me and the property manager to ensure a smooth transition. I would definitely use their service again if the need arises in the future.

I moved to Barcelona this autumn and used Suite Life's relocation service. All my dealings with the office were great. Benny, the owner, is confident and easy to talk to.The whole team is responsive and helpful.
Julio was appointed to deal with my relocation. SuiteLife, and in my case together with a co-listing with AK-BCN, not only found the perfect apartment, but they were also they only ones willing to do a video viewing! I moved to Barcelona to do a Masters and do to time constraints wanted to have an apartment secured before moving to Barcelona. This proved rather difficult until I contacted SuiteLife. I was able to view and complete most paperwork before arriving and once I arrived I was able to move in immediately. From point of contact, to completing all necessary work, less then 2 days past and was completed effortlessly, fully transparent and both in English and Spanish. Super friendly Staff, in my case Stefan, who keeps in touch with me regularly to ensure I am enjoying Barcelona and the accommodation to its fullest.

Having gone though several international relocations, I can tell you that the efforts provided by SuiteLife and in particular our agent Julio Saad, made all the difference in the world. Not only was Julio there helping my wife and I find our apartment before we arrived in Barcelona, he continued to help us navigate Spanish bureaucracy after our account was essentially complete.

We were looking for a flat to rent in Barcelona and thanks to Benny and his team it took us a couple of days and less than 10 visits to find the perfect place for us according to our budget.
Their relocation package allowed our family to move to BCN stress-free. Benny was there to give me valuable advice, negotiate and translate the renting contract. Benny has also helped me get my empadronamiento and navigate through the sometimes obscure Spanish administration system.

Fast, friendly, responsive and professional. This sums up our experience with Suite Life's house hunting service. Once we had identified some properties Benny was very quick getting in touch to do viewings, sending us video, pictures and a summary of what he felt were the positives and negatives as we were still in the UK. He also made sure we had all the right documents ready so that when we found the place we wanted we could move really quickly - important here in Barcelona where good places are not around for long. As a result we were in a position to be offered two apartments and took one in Gracia in a location we had dreamed of living in. All our visitors to date have fallen in love with the place as have we! Cannot recommend the Suite Life service highly enough
