Terrible Hotel! Do not recommend. Service and management are awful. Was billed for an extra night without a resolution. No valet service or any type of to help with luggage when we arrived ate evening. Food is really bad without any real healthy options. Rooms were loud with a prom party going on outside late night. No security. The monopoly it holds is the ski lift proximity.

Their response was simply damage control. I contacted them after my review and of course there has not been even the slightest response as they stated. Don't buy their insincere response.
