Angie from customer service quickly resolved an issue with unwanted subscriptions from another site from someone else using my info. Her explanation of the situation was reassuring and she was also helpful in hopefully preventing the issue from reoccurring. I really appreciate the help they provided.

Was receiving a magazine that we did not order. When I called to cancel that magazine told me it had been order thru a 3rd party - Subco. I emailed Subco yesterday and I had an answer from Angie today explaining how the magazine subscription originated and canceling it. Prompt and courteous response fixing my issue . Thanks.

I was having ongoing delivery issues with a magazine subscription. Angie, in Customer Service, helped by calling the publisher and getting to the bottom of the issue. She called me to ask how I wanted resolution - back issues vs. extended subscription. She called the publisher back with my wishes and called me again to tell me all was good. I even got another call when she found out exactly WHICH issue I'd be receiving next and when I'd likely get it. I had called the publisher myself previously and got NOWHERE. 5 stars for Angie!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MANY 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE ...

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MANY 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE LIKELY PHONY! This company began sending me a subscription to US Weekly that I did not order. Several unsuccessful attempts to unscribribe directly through US Weekly finally lead me to Subco. They got my info from another group called US Periodicals, and who knows where they got it. As for the phony reviews: Seriously, how many people with little-to-no review history are likely to post glowing reviews to a middle-man company like this that merely processes subscription requests made by Organization A for Publisher B? I understand the magazine industry is in dire straits and that selling ad space is the only way they make money anymore. To keep those ad rates up, they must show sizable circulation, so i guess they are willing to stoop to almost anything to get subscription rates up. But the waste of paper involved in sending unwanted magazines to unsuspecting customers AS A BUSINESS MODEL should be considered a crime against the environment. Shame on Subco and shame on US Periodicals.

I contacted Subco to get help in stopping a magazine I was receiving through another source and was pleased by the quick response I got once I had sent the proper information to them. Brie was very informative as to why I had received this subscription and assured me that my request was being taken care of. What a relief to be able to have someone who is reliable and has integrity as Brie on your side. Thanks again!

AWFUL!! I DID NOT sign up for this. I called 17 magazine twice already and they told me my purchase was made through Subco. Only problem is I NEVER put in my email, card information or any other information for subco! How is this being paid for? Where are they getting the money? I already called and CANCELLED in July(which was a pain to deal with because they never answer!). This organization is AWFUL!!

Brie was able to track down why I was receiving a magazine subscription I had not ordered. She made sure she covered every aspect of the cancellation including informing me what had happened and that I would not be charged and that the subscription was not set to renew automatically. There's more. She added my name to the their internal Do Not Mail List to prevent future orders from being processed through their clearing house and notified the subscription company to cancel in their system. Brie's service was, simply, amazing.

Subco's response was speedy and efficient and handled my unsolicited subscription with ease. Angela was the associate that handled my case and was very professional. The only thing unanswered was how a stranger's name appeared on the magazine with my address. I'm just glad to have it taken care of.

I never signed up for a magizine. These people are paying money to sign people up and have the person receiving the magazines pick up the rest of the bill.

If this isn't what they are doing exactly, it is at least very close to what they are doing. I keep cancelling the subscriptions online and they keep signing me back up. It says there is money on file, but they don't have any of my card info.

I'm going to sue if they sign me up again.

I started receiving magazine I never ordered it. Now, I'm checking credit cards to see if I was somehow billed. I also suspect these people are nabbing orders when you check out through other stores.

I can't get Subco to answer their phone ... I doubt they'll respond to my email. We'll see.

Meredith Corp., which publishes Ladies Home Journal and More magazines, which I never ordered, said they are helpless to stop my subscription. Seriously?

I'm furious about this, and this company's business practices. Will be filing official complaints at all the appropriate places ...

I received various magazine I NEVER signed up for. I called to inquire with those magazine companies on how they received my personal info and that I did NOT sign up and did NOT authorize these deliveries. I was relayed that Subco INC signed me up. My response...how the hell can someone else sign up for under false identity under someone else and now I have to reach out to this company to find out how they got my info and to cancel the subscriptions?! I contacted Subco and the rep didn't provide any feedback to me other than they will remove my information and also informed me to contact Millennium Marketing Group and that they pay this other company for personal information and they too sign customers up. (FRAUDENTLY). For those having the same problems I encourage you to file with the Better Business Bureau and with the Federal Trade Commission.

I never subscribed to Golf Digest but I was contacted by a friend that said they they received a GolfDigest magazine under my name and using my friends address. Me nor my friend play or have subscribed to any golf related magazines or websites. I contacted Golf Digest and asked them how they got my information and I was told that it was through a 3rd party that subscribed me to the magazine using my name and my friends address. This company that they gave me was Subco. I have never worked with Subco and looking them up I notice they I am not the only one that this same issue has happens to. Leading me to believe they they are using fraudulent means to obtain peoples information. I have never consented to be under any contract or obligation with any sales representatives to get in any contract verbal or written to have them subscribe me to anything. I hope they remove my personal and privet information from any data base they have as well as my friends address that was used. I called them but they never answered...

Started receiving Car and Driver magazine a few months ago that I didn't order. Thought it was some kind of mistake so after receiving a few issues I gave them a call. Car and Driver informed me this subscription was coming from some third party agent called Subco. Figured it was some kind of scam so I called Subco and it turns out it was included in a online purchase I made a while back (be careful what you click...). The lady at Subco told me I wasn't being charged and that the only way I would be is if I willingly renewed the subscription. I still asked her to cancel the magazine for me and she did, she also put my address on the do not mail list. Despite the time I spent on hold, everything went smoothly with the rep who was easy to deal with and had a good attitude about the whole situation.

My experience is very similar to that of a number of others listed on this page : I was receiving unsolicited magazines (People).
I wrote to SubCo who against all odds, responded promptly.
They provided great detail regarding the whole process and the origin of this unwanted subscription.
As per my wish, Brie took care of the cancellation, and she did so very nicely and efficiently.

I was helped out by Elizabeth from this company. I told Elizabeth I was receiving Marie Claire magazines that I didn't subscribe to and was afraid I was going to get billed for them. Elizabeth told me that this was a ploy done by Millennium Marketing Solutions on my behalf in hopes I would enjoy them. Additionally, there is a Seventeen Magazine coming up as well.

Elizabeth also informed me that I will not be billed and once they stop, they will not renew. Millennium Marketing Solutions is doing this because they hope I will renew the subscription, but jokes on them I was never interested in the first place. If I was, I'd be already subscribed. Thank you Elizabeth for your great customer service! I greatly appreciate easing my worries.
