Worked with Justin to purchase my first Subaru (2018 WRX). Justin was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to get back to me within a timeline manner and was extremely well versed in the vehicles he was selling. I highly recommend Subaru of Wakefield!

This dealership has a good reputation locally and people I know who have purchased cars there, return. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Perry, with whom I dealt, knows Subarus very well and was accommodating to my various requests about time for pick-up, faxing forms, etcetera. Purchasing this car was a pleasurable experience.

I had gone to another dealer that just get brushing me off. Arrived at Subaru of Wakefield, within ten minutes was out for a ride with a tech diagnosing any issues. We came back from diagnostic ride and they had a disc prepped to update my radio, one of issues was the sound system. I could not recomend them enough. Probably the best experience from any service department ever.

In late 2014, we leased a car with Wakefield Subar...

In late 2014, we leased a car with Wakefield Subaru. We negotiated a price and when financing dept comes out an hour later stating that our credit was bad. We asked what our credit score was and he answered above 700. He said that if we wanted the car, the monthly payment would be higher than initially negotiated. We leased the car even though we hesitated. We spoke with the bank about our credit score and we were told that our credit score was excellent and that we could even buy a house with no issue with the credit score. I highly recommend that if you go to them for a car that you speak with your bank first to talk about financing through the bank because their finance department sucks and they will raise your monthly payment due to some supposed issue. Now on to their service department. Two days later after we leased the car. We washed the car and noticed water in the tail lights. We called Wakefield Subaru and was told to bring the car in so they can take a look. We took it in and left it for them to look at it. We get a call the next day from them and said there is no issue. We told them that their is definitely an issue with water in the tail lights and we have pictures to prove it. They transferred me to the service department manager (Larry). He spoke to us with a don't care attitude and told us that there was no problem. We explained that we even have pictures to prove what we were saying. He replied all cars get water into the tail lights and said that you can just leave the car in the sun for the water to dry. Not a response you want to hear from a manager. When we went to pick up the car, the service person that initially looked at the car brought the car out to us and the car had water in the tail lights. We pointed it out to him and he said he knew, but couldn't do anything about it until his manager told him it was ok to fix. We will NEVER go back to them. Find a different Subaru dealer.

A very dear friend had suggested that I look at the Subaru dealership of Wakefield. I had dreaded the thought of going through the process. I followed his suggestion I am so glad that I did because I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Christian Francois, my saleswoman was fantastic. She was very thoughtful, supportive and caring person. She patiently guided me through the whole process. I was met with her beautiful smile as I walked through the glass door into the showroom. I was so lucky. Christian knew exactly which car would fit my needs. She is also a great teacher.
All the staff were great. They paid attention to my needs. I wanted a Spay and Neuter Plate. The Service Department helped me turn in my rental car. I was not sure how to go about it. I highly recommend this Dealership.

Service department was awesome. Explained everything upfront about costs and repairs needed and throughly checked my warranty to see if I could save money on some of the repairs. Didn't cost as much as I assumed it would be at a dealership.

My latest maintenance experience was horrible!
The service guy claimed that my car has 1000mile overdue on oil change and ask me to do a engine flush. Only 1000 mile?! He write down a number shows $150.
Considering one maintenance is around $100 (expensive already), i accepted to do engine flush for extra $50.
When i checked out, i was charged $270!!! 100 + 150+ tax! I spend extra $200 just because 1000 mile overdue??

I was able to get a great deal and get into my new car in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends!

This is a very shady dealership. Here's why...

This is a very shady dealership. Here's why...

1) They flood websites like cars.com with stock photos and prices that are $1K to $2K lower than other dealerships. So when you sort by prices, the first 50 cars are all their listings.

2) Nowhere is it listed on cars.com that you must trade in a car to receive this low price.

3) On their website, you will have to scroll all the way down to under "dealer notes" to see the trade-in requirement.

4) Other reviewers have complained of this "bait and switch" tatic too. In order to pre-empt the owner reading this review and giving a standard reply of "we do not run a bait and switch.....everything is CLEARLY listed on every car in stock". I would like to ask "If this is true, will you update cars.com to reflect this trade in requirement?" If you truly have nothing to hide...why not be upfront about this very important information?

Anyway, to me this is the very definition of bait and switch. I understand it drives buyers to your website due to the "teaser" price but this is the kind of tactic that gave dealerships a bad rap. I am surprise in this day and age of online transparency, Subara of Wakefield (and its sister dealership IRA Subaru) are still doing this.

If I can't trust them before I step into dealership, how can I trust them when it is time to sign on the dotted line? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience at Subaru of Wakefield. Kenny the sale manager and Mark our salesman were absolutely fantastic. My wife and I had been looking for a 2018 crosstrek in blue. All the other Subaru dealerships in the area either wanted to get rid of the crosstreks they had or tried leasing us a 2019. Kenny called me up and told me he was going to be able to get me the car we wanted for the price we would be happy with. He and Mark exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with the car the moment my wife and saw it. They were even nice enough to hold onto the car for a few after we signed paperwork so we could deal with our other lease we were trying to give back. Unfortunately we didn't realize how complicated it was to give back a lease from a different manufacturer. Fortunately my wife and I eventually got it taken care. Even the person who set up the paperwork, Chris was super awsome and nice. Thank you Subaru of Wakefield.

Buyer beware. Test drove a vehicle and decided to return to the salesman that assisted me once I made the decision to purchase. After waiting almost 3 hours, the salesman sat me down and started on the paperwork. He asks me if I had planned to lease or buy and strongly encouraged me to lease. He went to the back and brought back a worksheet with the estimated monthly payments for a lease - that was literally all the worksheet had on it, no other information - Didn't even detail what the final price of the car was or how the $'s were determined. Mind you, We hadn't even begun talking about the total price of the car up to that point. I told the salesman that there would be no logical way to form an opinion on the monthly lease rates I was given until I know the total price of the car! He then brought me another worksheet that broke out the price. I took one look at it and immediately told him that this price would not work (MSPR was around 31K, offer was around 29k). I showed him 3 different references of similarly appointed cars and what they sold for. He started pushing back with excuses to which I simply said, this is what I'm looking to pay. He took that information to the back and came back with this sales manager. The sales manager, Ken Bettano, was very aggressive - said there was no way to come down any further. I also showed him my reference points and he immediately shut them down, but then offered a sales price of 28,5k. I again told him where I was looking to be and he essentially said absolutely not. I politely got up and said "looks like I'm not buying a car today" and walked away. Once I got home, I emailed a few other local dealerships and within an hour, I received an offer of nearly $1,500 below their "BEST" offer for the EXACT same car with the EXACT same trims + all weather mats and auto dim mirror to boot! I'm now in the final stages of purchasing this car and have absolutely no regrets. Their lack of customer service and questionable sales tactics lost them a sale. Update 4/24/19: Finalized and signed the deal for the car today with a competitor with absolutely no issue or trickery. The Dealer that I ended up going with was fully transparent and went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction went smooth and seamlessly. If you are in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and save the headache - ditch this place.

John Cheshire was really great to me when I was in the market to purchase a new Subaru. I had gone to other dealerships and did not get the same quality of knowledge or someone who genuinely tried to meet in the middle on a negotiation. He really went the extra mile for me and I can't thank him enough. Really good guy and a good dealership with nice staff and facilities.

Horrible Horrible Service.

Horrible Horrible Service.

Twice I have been told by this service center that I need to pay for something for which the Subaru warranty has covered. When I call national subaru number they have always corrected this.

I have also been told when bringing my car in with tire problems that I need 700$ worth of tire replacement that was unnecessary as I had had all of my tires replaced previously at Cityside Subaru and they covered them under the tire protection warranty. I had all tires replaced within the same year and when bringing the car to Wakefield less than 6 month later, the service sales manager Tom reported to me that 'clearly my tires are worn down and old' and I should be replacing all of them and they would be happy to take car of it for 700$). When I explained that my car had been serviced at cityside with all tires replaced in the past 6m he called me back and said after a 'second look' my tires looked fine and I could just replace the one.

Clearly they were trying to make money off me for tires I don't need. Don't trust this service center. Awful, awful.

Take your car somewhere else, anywhere else.

My husband and I had been slowly car shopping for a couple of months. We narrowed it down to a Subaru Ascent, and had tried a couple of other local dealers. The inventory at some other dealers was low, so we researched Subaru of Wakefield and found higher inventory of the car we wanted, so we made an appointment. From there, everything was simply incredible. We were greeted by Christian, who was very honest and transparent about everything. We worked with her throughout the entire process, before the Manager, Ken, was introduced to us to make the final sale. He was also nothing short of extremely straightforward and transparent. After we made the final deal, we were handed off to finance. Chris was also extremely easy to work with. From start to finish, we were both so pleased! Thank you so much for making a tough process, way easier.

Literally told my friend he couldn't test drive a car. "We don't let anyone test drive WRXs, people just won't buy them with any miles on them", uh huh... you don't let people test drive a car before they buy it?

Not sure if they were racially profiling, or profiling based on his outfit. Likely both. My friend had just crashed his Honda during a snow storm (first new car ever), and this felt like insult to injury. Solid way to lose a potential Subaru customer: have zero empathy and profile them.

Really garbage experience. I cannot overstate how terrible this place was.

Long story short: Was in a bad car accident and needed to find another car for work.

Had an excellent experience going to Subaru of Wakefield. The salesperson, Fozi, was so eager to go through the features and capabilities of the car. Every features I saw online matched with what I saw in person. I ve had other salespeople just sit there through a test drive and not say anything at all. The process of it all was smooth and complete. Thank you Fozi for a wonderful experience.

I put a custom exhaust on my subaru and a weeks later I had to replace my breaks and calipers and do the timing chain at the dealer. They gave me back the car with the engine check light on and told me that I had to buy a new exhaust after I had already spent $1400. Meineke across the street fix the broken exhaust for $300. I was disapointed because they broke my exhaust and wanted and extra $1100.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Subaru of Wakefield from start to finish. After trying to request an appointment to see 4 vehicles, I was forwarded to a pushy salesperson, Anna, who quickly made a test drive appointment for the following week. After nagging me with calls and voicemails to confirm 4 days in a row, the day finally came for my test drive. I arrived promptly only to find out she had left for the day! After speaking with her just a few hours before to confirm, I wasn't so much as notified she couldn't make the meeting. After wandering around, watching other employees pretend to be on their phone, Al went out of his way to help after seeing a look of confusion on my face. He was busy with another customer but tried his best to give me a tour of what I wanted to see. I still haven't received a call to reschedule my test drive and would not consider going back to this location for so much as a tire rotation. Unfortunately for them, I was ready to pay in full for a new vehicle as this is a company car. You're better off going online or trying one of the dealers on the north shore. You can do better than this, Subaru!!!

Horrible customer service . We bought a car from their dealership at night. We wasn't sure of the color of the car but we didn't want a silver car and asked the sale person and said it wasn't silver and it was light sky blue. We put a deposit on the ca . The next day we went back and the car wasn't light sky blue it was silver. We wanted our deposit back but they refused to return our deposit back. However, we bought the car and moved on. I went back for an oil change and my car was being serviced. They saw me in the waiting room and refused my service while car was being serviced and brought car to m . I drove home and noticed oil smell coming from my car. I opened my hood and they forgot or intended to forget to put my oil cap back on. I had to clean the whole engine and get another oil change at IRA Subaru.

We just got a 2014 Subaru Forester and are very happy with our purchase. The entire process was smooth and painless. We test drove several cars and decided on the Forester for its size and amenities. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable and friendly. We received a generous trade-in allowance and financing was more pleasant than at other dealerships. We will definitely return for maintenance and new automobiles in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Had a pretty negative experience here. Clearly trying to lure in customers with a lack of transparency on what the "lowest possible price" means. Don't give into the supposed deals. I have since learned they are, in fact, discounts through Subaru of America, which means that "lowest possible price" is available anywhere currently if you have a trade, are military, etc. etc. other dealers just seem to respect transparency and honesty over a ploy to get you in the door.

After a bit of online research, I found myself at Subaru of Wakefield because they offered some competitive prices for the area. As I haven't purchased a car in a while, I was expecting the experience to be a bit of a hassle. Once I arrived at the dealership and met Al Mazin, he immediately changed my mind of what a fun and painless car shopping experience can be. I felt like Al was on my team, listening to my interests, and striking the perfect balance between answering questions and giving me space to weigh options. I walked away raving to friends and family not only about my incredible new car, but also how impressed I was with Al and his keen interest in helping me make the car purchase smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Wakefield for your next new or used car!

I was misled and overcharged by Subaru of Wakefield. After booking service with Cityside Subaru (a different service center), I was phoned by Wakefield and they offered to pick up my vehicle for service, replacing the booking I had made. They allowed me to believe that this was under the same booking, but in fact this was predatory on their part; scooping the service of their competitor. In principle I can't complain about this, but they found a cross-threaded lug nut that required the wheel stud to be replaced, which they charged me about $100 for -- something that Cityside would have done for free since it was their error from my previous service.

I will definitely not use Wakefield again. They only got my business by scooping it, and I was "rewarded" with an extra ~$100 charge.

I plan to use an independent local mechanic in the future.

Went online to try schedule a service but could not select a date (went all the way to December), so I used the chat feature to inquire about it. The person in the chat told me that I need to call to schedule a service. That's understandable, so I called and after 5 minutes or so got to an answer machine. The message stated that I would receive a call in an hour because customer service is important to them. I left a message and it's been 3 days with no return call. Are they ever going to call me? Probably not. I'm going to go elsewhere.

Very bad customer service.
Very disrespectful salesman.
I suggest you do not waste your time (and damage your nerves) by even looking at their website not even going to store.

After a long discussion, they suggested a manual transmission! forester lease for 100$ more than the market price. Just hilarious.

Some of the phrases they used:
I do not care ...
Nissan gives out cars ...
This is math. Do you know that?
Throwing the pen at the lease paper of anger or rudeness...

I do not want to put their names here to avoid their embarrassment.

I bought my car there in 2015 and have had it regularly serviced. My most recent service experience was bad. I had a heating blower motor replaced. After picking up my car and driving up the road about 2 blocks It not only was not blowing, yet was cold. The heating and ac were both respectively not an issue before they worked on my car. I had to bring the car back at about 430 pm on a Saturday and was told there were no service techs able to check it until Monday (despite their hours being until 6 for service - I was told only an oil change person was there at that time). They did not appear apologetic and simply told me that something must not have been re-connected right. I don't think they realize it yet this was a major inconvenience. I work all week and had an early work start on Monday, which would prevent me from going there Monday morning and I would have to leave my work early on Monday (unplanned) in order to get there to pick it up. I had to ask if they were NOT going to charge me for the rental I had (when technically I feel I should have gotten a loaner vehicle in the first place) and I asked did they not check their work before giving back cars to customers to ensure things work correctly and they simply said yes they should have. I don't think I got great service despite having also paid $700 that day for front and rear breaks which I was told I needed and agreed to. This is the second time I have had a less than satisfactory experience with the service team at Subaru of Wakefield and it makes me seriously against ever buying another new car from them again. Likely they may not care since they seem to have overall good reviews, yet Saturday November 3rd was a near deal breaker for future car purchases for me and likely I will investigate other locations for future service as well. I don't like how I was treated specifically where I brought my car in at 7am and it was not finished until 4pm - I feel they should have gotten a simple blower motor change right in 9 hours time. Now I feel uncomfortable - how do I know that my breaks were properly inspected before the car was returned to me. I plan to call and speak to their management on Monday. Very disappointing and overall a horrible day working with them on Saturday Nov 3rd 2018. They need to make this right.

They follow the same BS script that all of the other terrible Subaru dealerships have. It starts out charming and relatable and friendly. Then when it comes time to discuss their outlandish numbers, which somehow are worse than other nearby Subaru dealerships, suddenly things get really awkward. Somehow, one would need to put down $7,500 in order to get a monthly payment of about $200 on a 2020 Forrester; no other Subaru in the area has even come close to such outrageous numbers. There were grumblings from disgruntled employees about how sales weren t being made this month, and it just felt like a super toxic experience.

The worst experience I have ever seen in a business, no sense of customer service. There was a terrible salesman name who starts with F, he told us to look for the model we liked, and then went to test drive with a customer who came after us! Waited 2 hours for a test drive, didn t get it. Talked to front desk, still no response. Then at closing time, he came over to us, and said that, What do you want from me? It s closing time. Are you coming back or what? Then, over 2 hours wasted there, nothing gained out of that! Worst customer service and salesmen!

Eventually got the car I wanted; eventually being the operative word. Waited a very long time during multiple visits. The frustrating thing the final time was that all the paperwork was signed and everything, our salesperson (who was great) was busy and no one else was willing to help, despite multiple people being free.

It just doesn t seem like the type of place where they help each other out, so if you have a need you better hope your person is available. It s frustrating when you ve already signed the paperwork to spend thousands of dollars somewhere and no one helps, so you re essentially trapped.

After forty minutes of waiting the manager explained that the people not working hadn t even pulled my file because they were just going to keep waiting until my salesperson became available. He then told us that they sell too many cars to give us attention. Again, I had already signed and just needed them to give me the keys. I could then hear a group of them hanging in the back watching football while no one helped me. We were there for almost two hours, helping us took approximately 10 minutes.

Great car, but I wouldn t get it from the same place.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Stress free, informative and upfront. I felt valued and important to Justin, that he wanted to know my needs, my wants, my budget and truly help me to get into the car I wanted. When I picked up the car, Justin spend a very long time with me, explaining all of the ins and outs of the car, which was immensely helpful because this car has pretty much every option available and there was a lot to learn. I am thrilled with my "new" Subaru Crosstrek and thrilled with my buying experience.

I have been eyeing the Subaru Ascent for two years...

I have been eyeing the Subaru Ascent for two years now. (Since it was a concept really) I currently have a Subaru Outback Lease that is due to expire in September. You could imagine my excitement when a dealership (Subaru of Wakefield) in Massachusetts was advertising their Subaru Ascent Premium package for $7,000 off MSRP for only 32,574! We could finally afford it!
The dealership was an hour way, so we traveled 2 hours round trip. And I had to leave work early since they reduced their hours due to Covid-19. (I am actually a healthcare worker who is constantly exposed to the virus at work). I was telling everyone how I was leaving early to go purchase my dream car!
We arrived at the dealership by 1:30pm, we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman named Billy. (We actually felt very bad for him after all this)
He let me take it out for a test drive. Even though I already knew I loved this car from a test drive I did local to my home earlier in the week. He let us play with it for a good 20 minutes which made my two kids fall in love with it too. Billy was the only salesman on so he was bouncing back and forth between us and another sale. After about an hour he starts having us fill out paperwork for the credit check. At this point I'm thrilled because I knew I have excellent credit. I'm ready to decide whether I'm going to lease or finance this time around. He comes back with an estimate for a lease that's almost $500! I was extremely confused.

He then explained that the price I saw online is only if you have a paid in full cash offer, are a veteran, the loyalty discount, AND have a Subaru trade of 2005 or newer. It's extremely deceiving and made me feel so foolish for believing it was a transparent price. I feel as though these sales tactics are false advertising and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Shame on the promotion department for using this scheme to draw unsuspecting customers in. You could tell the salesman had a lot of remorse that his establishment resorted to such a low tactic. All the salesmen must see their customers fall in love with a car they think they can afford, and then have to witness the joy fade from their faces as they inform them of the reality.

I can only hope that they are not taking advantage of the elderly customers with this shady practice.

When i found out my car was dead and i was suddenly in the market for a new one i knew i had to get another Subaru. I went online and found some local dealers, and ended up heading to Subaru of Wakefield first. I'm so glad that I did. I was walking around the lot trying to figure out which color crosstrek I liked the most, and which one was the cheapest. I also kind of pondered the Impreza, since it was cheaper to start. Justin came over and talked to me about all the differences and suggested that maybe the Impreza was the car for me. Now, he could of suggested the crosstrek which was a couple thousand more, and was pretty cool looking, but instead he actually suggested what he thought would be the perfect car for me. And he was totally right. Test drive, negotiate a lower price, bam! i now own and LOVE my new car. A week or so later i thought something was off with the USB port and he set me up an appointment. I had to leave it there overnight because of a snow storm, so when i got there the next morning it was covered in snow. But not for long! After a minute or two of me cleaning it off, various subaru employees came over to help me out! I can't say enough good things about Justin and the rest of the team at Subaru of Wakefield!

We have been doing business with Subaru Wakefield for 6 yrs. Our family has purchased 4 cars, and had all of our service here as well. Their service, honesty, and courtesy is exemplary. Jason Plante and Jean Castillo were both wonderful to work with today.

I purchased a car from this dealership four years ...

I purchased a car from this dealership four years ago because it's near my work. After years of mixed luck dealing with them, today was the last straw.

I brought my car in to have the oil changed four weeks ago. When I tried to wash the windshield last week, the water just bubbled out and didn't reach it. After not being able to get an appt online, then being assured via text message on their website that they'd call "at their earliest convenience," I finally called them 24 hours later.

They found a loose connection for the wiper fluid, and they charged me a "diagnostic fee." They tried to blame the loose connection on the person who changed my windshield several weeks before my oil change visit. [As an aside, this is my SIXTH windshield on this car; the JN Phillips guy says Subaru windshields crack regularly due to how they're attached.]

The manager (Nima) insisted it was just coincidental timing. First he argued with me and insisted I had to see under the hood. We walked outside to find it, and I said "I'm not a mechanic and I don't see the relevance here." The car wasn't in sight when we got outside. He continued to argue in the parking lot, and I finally said, "Well then go get the effing car." His answer was, "What do I look like, a valet?" I kid you not. I said I had to get back to work, and he finally went and got it. He opened the hood to show me the wiper fluid line isn't next to where they fill the oil. I don't see how that shows someone didn't accidentally drop something or whatever, but he insisted. I disagreed, and he continued to argue. The only way to get out of there was to pay $64 (half an hour of labor) for them to fix what they broke.

After buying the car there and getting all my service there for four years, I found out our relationship was not worth $64. I don't know how they stay in business with that kind of customer service, but I sure won't help support them any longer.

Nelson Molina & the rest of the team at this dealer gave me awesome service helping me trade my 2004 gmc envoy & get my new 2015 subaru legacy 3.6r limited. He helped me get everything I was looking for and made the process ten times easier than I thought it would ever be. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. Not only did he spend a lot of time with me while I went back and forth about buying the car but he was very personable, down to earth, & easy for me to communicate with about my needs and wants for this car and for it to work for me & he made it happen. They were very efficient and accomodating when it came to getting the car the same day & having it ready to go when I needed it. Even after the whole process was said and done he took the extra time to sit in the car with me and go over all of the awesome features and how to use them. (also love that starbucks machine haha) Im so excited about my new car and Nelson and everyone else at this place made the experience a pleasurable one. I would definitely go back to them in the future & recommend them to my close friends & family.

I initially contacted the dealer via email. Donovan was responsive and informed us when the car I wanted was in. I had to reschedule my test drive and Subaru of Wakefield was flexible. When I showed up, I was immediately greeted and promptly introduced to a salesperson (Al Mazin). After a test drive, Al and I sat down to discuss pricing. During the negotiating, Al was accommodative and worked with me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy - I was in control. He kept going back to his manager at my request for better pricing. Eventually we came to a mutual agreement and I converted on the sale. I would work with Al again - he is straightforward and helped me get the best deal possible.

Larry Marcus is a very rude salesman

Larry Marcus is a very rude salesman

My wife and I stopped at the Subaru of Wakefield dealership to look at the new Ascent thinking of returning to the Subaru brand, but he killed all desire of doing so. We briefly stepped into an opened Ascent in the parking lot to check it out, and he rush to tell my wife to Get out of the car as it was already sold. First we didn t know, second he was a complete jerk to my wife. He made her feel she was doing something illegal. When I asked him if there was another SUV on the lot we can look at he said there none. When I asked him if he can recommend another dealer where we can go and check it out, you can tell he had zero desire to help. Thanks to Larry, Subaru lost a potential sale. And a direct message to Subaru of Wakefield leadership...you need to sit down with Larry and give him better customer service training as he clearly needs it.

I'm very disappointed with the service department at this Subaru of Wakefield. Last time I paid for full synthetic oil and I got conventional oil which is cheaper than what I paid. They gave me $16 back. Very unprofessional.

I drove 2 hours to them since they "apparently" had a great deal listed. Turns out they hid $1,000 on the sticker price due to it being from "your trade if you have one" then totally undervalued my trade $1,000 below any other dealer.

Their manager then came out and refused to budge more and was incredibly condescending and annoying trying to lie about interests rates, values, or sell me aspects I stated I did not want. He seemed offput that I knew numbers and research off the top of my head too. I dont care if they call me back with an actual deal... I never want to deal with those egregiously sleezy slime balls ever again.

I'm left very disappointed with the service department at this Subaru dealership. I went in for a 60k major service.
I asked for a particular interior piece to be fixed and I was charged for it even though the piece wasn't fixed at all. Someone in the department also set my next oil change to be after 4k miles which is ridiculous. Clearly they just want you to come back earlier than you really need to and give them more money. Lastly, when I went outside to pick my car up after this shoddy work was done, my battery was dead. One employee there left an interior light on which of course drained my battery. No attention to detail and poor work leaves me with no intention of returning to this service department. For hundreds of dollars I expect quality work. Would not recommend.

Comfortable Buying Experince with a lot of Laughs

Comfortable Buying Experince with a lot of Laughs

We had a specific model and price range in mind before going to Subaru of Wakefield. Never dealt with S of W or any of their employees. In the end, we got what we wanted while having plenty of laughs along the way. With the advanced features, Perry was extremely thorough and patient while training us. We ordered a remote starter and it was installed on the spot. We traded in a 2004 Outback for a 2014 Outback and we couldn't happier with the choice of vehicle or our experience with the dealer. We intend to use S of W for our service needs moving forward.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek at, Subaru of Wakefield. My salesperson was, Christian Francois. Christian was, very professional, very informative and, an absolute pleasure to work with. Christian's friendly and upbeat attitude made the process of buying a new car less stressful minus, the high pressure sales approach that some dealers use. Christian promised from the start, that the sale process would not be a long drawn out waiting game and, She kept that promise. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Subaru from, "Subaru of Wakefield" to request Christian Francois as your salesperson. It was truly a pleasure doing business with her.

Made a service appointment three days out, the morning of the service the lady I believe her name was Karen called. very shrill and unapologetic cancelled my appointment and told me couldn't get me in for another week or so.. For a simple oil change? Just moved here, will be taking my business elsewhere; even if that's driving 30 minutes.

Awful customer service. Quoted a price on a vehicle that I wasn't looking to buy just to get us to go there. Once we sat down, disclosed that it wasn't the actual price. Got a call a few days after I found the right car and right price and tried convincing me that I was being cheated on the car cause I was able to get a better price than Wakefield quoted me. Also very rude with in general from the time I was on the phone to coming in and getting a follow-up call. Not worth the time or drive.

I just leased my 3rd car from Subaru of Wakefield. Justin and Joey took really good care of me. They made sure I got the exact car I wanted with all of the features I was looking for. Justin made sure I understood how to use all of the features in my Crosstrek Limited. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came in at 2 with stated intention of buying a new model and kept being ignored by sales people for other walk-in clients (asked the desk lady of they had an appointment) for 40 minutes. I don't know what kind of service they think they are providing, but it would have been better to to the take my business to the local Mazda or any other dealership. Leaving after an hour of no service.

I was actually at Automotive 12V. It is located in the Detail Dept. at Wakefield Subaru. If anyone needs electrical accessories installed in their vehicle this is the place to go for quality work, fair price and honesty. I was there on a warranty issue and was in and out within an hour. See Mike.
