When I got my head restrung the website was really easy to follow

We drove all the way to PA for a tournament. SSLAX was a wonderful stop. The boys got to play with demos and the staff was so well versed in their trade.
This is not a store, this is an art studio. They are happy to have you stop by and will take a custom order right there in the studio. I read a negative review, but I do not think that person knew what the business model was and they were expecting a mall type retail environment. The staff was making their product right before your eyes!

Very honest, sold me a cheaper shaft than I was originally asking for.

I ve ordered two heads from these guys. The first time, I ordered a custom dyed Mirage for my son. We were pretty specific with what we were looking for so after a call to Stylin Strings, we were confident in what we wanted from the dye to the pocket. We ordered it and got it in the mail. It looked outstanding. He s played with it hard for over a year and it still looks great.

Two days ago we ordered a Rebel Offense head from their flash sale. We got it in today and it was the defense head. I called them up and spoke to a very normal sounding guy. I told him of the problem and with out hesitation, he sent me a return label and a new offense head. The best part about it was they only had black and that was actually the color my son wanted but it wasn t a part of the sale so it worked out perfectly.

This company is run and staffed by great people. The kind of people you could sit around a table with, have a drink, and talk lacrosse all day.

Website is phenomenal--you can build your everything and see it right there. Ordered it on a Wednesday, received it on a Saturday--cannot ask for more than that. Will definitely be using them again for their custom dye jobs. Great service.

Not very helpful, and also not very friendly. For the price that I paid for a dye job and restring I would have thought that I would have had a better customer service experience.

I really wanted to suport a local small business.

After I used the fiddle stick for a little bit the strings started coming off so I started to make little knots in it to try to keep it from falling apart. Today when I was playing with it all the stringing on the bottom came off and now there is a big hole in the bottom of my stick. After finding out about this issue, the company immediately contacted me and tried to remedy the situation. They will be re-stringing the head and sending it back to me. Great customer service!

Awesome shop. Great customer service, and friendly staff. Took care of my daughter's sticks while we waited. Definitely recommend.

The staff really knew what they were talking about and even took the girls outside to see how they passed the ball to figure out the type of stringing that they needed.
When we got the finished head and dye job we were even more impressed with the level of detail and artwork that went into the stick.
Would recommend hands down!

We had a head restrung and were told to pick up on Saturday. They told me that they were open till 4. We left our plans earlier to get there at 3. Nobody was around. Other customers were waiting outside as well. When I called on Monday and expressed my disappointment, they claimed they would help us out. My wife went to pick the head up and as expected, they did nothing for the earlier inconvenience!! The work is good, but the customer service is bad!
