Love to Style Junkie....clothes aren't like everyone else's. I bought a seasonal shirt and the cutest dress! I totally understand the return policy, especially on seasonal items. I always try everything on in store so there's no doubt of size or if an item looks good.
Love everything about this store. There is something in there for all ages and styles.

If you are looking for the perfect outfit that no one else will have, this is definitely your store. This boutique is under new ownership and she has done some amazing things with the store. There are so many cute items, I always have a hard time deciding. They also get new items all the time so there is always something new and different to pick from. The new owner is in the store all the time and she is very helpful and kind. This is my favorite new place to shop. Give it a try...you will not be disappointed. I love this boutique!!
Very dissatisfied customer, store is sorely lacking in customer service & satisfaction.
. I went into Style junkie boutique to purchase a birthday present for a friend. I purchased a T-shirt, and asked if it was the wrong size if I can do an exchange. They stated that all seasonal items were non-refundable, but that I could do an exchange if I came within 24 hours for a different size. I also purchased an additional t-shirt for myself. After arriving home,I realized that the $32.00 t-shirt , that I had purchased for me, was too small. I went back the next day, within the 24 hour period, and they refuse to let me exchange it for a larger size. They stated this was due to the fact that it was not the one I purchased for my friend for her birthday. It was the one I bought for myself. They were both seasonal T-shirts, both $32 each, (really over-priced for a t-shirt). I then requested if they could please call the owner, and ask her if she could make an exception to this rule to just exchange sizes. I really felt the owner would not want to loose a customer who had just spent$178.61 in her store the day before . They didn t put me on the phone with the owner, instead they called the previous day s sales lady that stated all the same words I had already been told. I again ask ,could I speak with the owner. They told me No, I could not speak with the owner but they would get back with me. I then asked, please text/ call me before the end of this business day. I requested please text me w/yes.. they can exchange it for another size, or no ...I cannot exchange it for another size, or the third option, ...that we could not get the owner today but we will let you know something tomorrow.
As of closing time on Thursday November 15th, at 6 PM, they chose to ignore me. No text, no phone call, no caring about their customer.
I left there very Disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. I have shopped there many times and spent untold amounts of money, but sadly this will be the last time.
Cute and trendy fashion and gifts with Christian theme. I would definitely return. I like clothes that you can't find in every store; something just a little unique and in style. Friendly lady who worked there helped us. Recommend for ladies who like up-to-date, classy and trendy casual clothing and inspirational gifts.
