We went here on a very busy Saturday morning, to collect an order that we had placed on-line. Upon arrival we were greeted by very helpful, polite and friendly staff, who went out of there way to help.
The trees on display were all of excellent quality, and very reasonably priced. So much so that we also bought two half standard conifers, rarely seen let alone affordable in the big garden centres. We will be returning.
If you need a tree of any type this place can or will try to get it. We travel from Coventry to tenbury any time we need a tree. The trees are always of exceptional quality. Excellent customer service.

I contacted this establishment prior to travelling and explained what I needed. They responded the same day to say they could help. A lady called Sandra went out of her way to find me the sample I was looking for.
I travelled down today and received a pleasant welcome from the staff. Sandra took me to the tree she had reserved for me and it was perfect.
Unfortunately I didn't have time to have a proper look round but the place seemed very enticing, well layed out and had appropriate social distancing.
I want to return ASAP.
I honestly could not fault the customer service I received from start to finish.
