Horrible agent (Matt Potter). Called for a property numerous times and sent texts. Didn t even have the professionalism to return calls or texts. Do not feel comfortable purchasing a house with this company period! Purchased with another agent. I was a cash offer. Easiest commission check for anyone.

When I tell you I have the best realtor, Cyndi Alvarez was amazing. She made the home buying process easy and low stress. She was available to me even when she didn't have to be (early and late hours). She was straight forward and honest. If I have to do this process again, my number 1 choice would be Cyndi to help me to closing. Cyndi thank you so much for all you help in getting us to closing on our first home.

Very Disappointed in Stunning Homes Realty and their realtor Colby Mcmahon. Colby asked us to do work on a home he was selling. Work was completed and now refusing to pay the bill or answer the phone. We have reached out to stunning homes multiple times and spoke with the secretary. They say someone will call back but no one does. Stay away. You don't want to business with people that won't pay their bills.

When we first started looking for a home, my brother recommended Steve. Steve had helped my brother buy two properties before, so we felt comfortable going with him. We enjoyed working with Steve because he was patient with us. We looked at many properties, and he never pressured us to buy. When we finally found the property that would work for us, he was very helpful in recommending which repairs were a good return on investment versus repairs that would not add value to the home. The complete buying process was stress-free, and we really appreciated the constant updates and quick responses. When we buy again, we're definitely going to use Stunning Homes Realty!!
