Studio Schaeffer has design and construction supervision (foundation repair and basement construction) of our home in Amsterdam center. Reliable in meeting agreements and they were able to switch well in the (rather complex) application process for building permits. This also applied to the construction supervision. A small drawback for supervision of implementation is that Schaeffer at the time did not have a lot of experience with foundation repair specifically for the Amsterdam situation, but that was well dealt with during the process. I think this experience is now more widely present within the team.
