Worked 2 1/2 years . Don't believe the fake reviews. You do not want to work here.
Absolutely horrible place to work. Can t even turn in 2 week notice and told to not come back. Very high turn over rate. Would not recommend anyone working there
I have worked here for a year. It's a great place to work it's a family owned business and the owner truly cares for the employees. If you work hard there's plenty of room for advancement. They take a lot of pride in the products they put out!
Great products at an affordable price! The staff is VERY helpful and goes above and beyond what the typical company does. Highly recommend !!!

This is a great place to work. If you are not happy here then you need to talk to someone instead of bashing them on line. There is always room for improvement but they are making a serious effort to make everyone happy. They do many nice things for us.
Formulated Solutions let me go after I injured my hand while working for them because they were afraid I would file a worker's comp claim. After I reported my injury to Formulated Solutions, they acted like everything would be just fine, saying they wouldn't replace me as long as I brought in a doctor's note saying it was safe for me to return to work. I paid for 2 doctor's visits in order to fulfill their request out of my own pocket and brought the paperwork saying it was safe for me to return. They fired me the next day. They'll leave you like a dead dog on the side of the road after they've caused your injury - leaving YOU to deal with all the daily pain and all the medical bills, surgery, etc. Now I have no job and am dealing with this pain daily with no health insurance. Because I was fired for having this injury, I had no choice but to file a worker's comp claim on my own. My only hope at this point is that the worker's comp adjuster will fight for me and allow me to see a real doctor to get the help I need. I realize that nothing will change internally as a result of this review. My only hope is that someone who is considering employment with Formulated Solutions will reconsider after reading this.
