The rooms are clean. The outside leaves a lot to be desired (dumpster in plain view and often overflowing, stairs are dirty, old, not maintained at all). It is an ok place to stay, but just barely. Overall no major issues, just not a family-vacation type of place. Lastly, they often fail to clean the room (make the bed, and change the towels).

I have nothing bad to say about the service or location, but once we enter the room I noticed that our room was recently renovated.. and that was nice until I was in the restroom and looked up.... a cockroach looking straight at me.. very nasty

Great prices for short or long term stays. Well maintained property. Very clean. The staff is very nice. Free wifi and cable tv I had a 2 queen bed with a kitchenette. There was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner range top and sink, and microwave. A full vanity counter top with storage cabinet, sink and under counter storage. Plenty of closet space with hangers, ironing board and iron. As I am disabled I got a walk-in shower. The bathroom had enough space to move around, but I didn't have a handicap equipt room so there were no grab bars.
The cleaning ladies are always pleasant and clean on a daily basis unless you let them know otherwise.
There are 4 floors and seem to be plenty of parking.
There's on site washer and dryer for $2 ea. And a soda machine.
There's a convience store right across the parking lot of you want more.
It's about a 25 minute drive to downtown, but worth it if you want to save money.

Checking in at 745 p.m. with a reservation and my two service dogs, the clerk said he couldn't give me a room with out having my photo Id, I gave him my CDL he told me he'd take a copy of it I said NO copy you see it is me on the id and I'm here with reservation. He followed saying then I can't give you a room then and laughed. I called Motel 6 Customer Service - the CSR stated they must have it and I must complete a registration card as well... so be it. I asked for ground floor or ADA room. He said we have elevator....

The first room they gave me 221 had cigarette odor really really bad. So i went back down stairs and requested another room.

They gave me room 414. I said ok not realizing that every time someone took the elevator I'd hear ding ding.
If I could post pictures I would, the microwave was wiped down and greasy streaks on the door front and food splatter in the interior.

The coffee pot looked as it was used months before but not cleaned very dusty inside. the house keeper exchanged it for me.

There was a swipe of dry blood on the wall near the door I wiped it off in front of the clerk.

The telephone was there but no connecting lines, so the guy brought up the coil and cord.

The Fire alert keep going off, they brought me a new battery I installed it. Yet the alarm kept going off so I disengaged it for the night. Next morning another man came in an replaced the unit altogether.

All that was noted all done during 1st hour there.

The toilet ( VERY VERY SMALL) is to close to the door so you have to make sure the door is closed to get he TP.

I was thinking the sanitation of linen was not to par so I had brought my sleeping bag to sleep on.

Saturday I woke to seeing light under the door. It isn't flush with the floor, ( may i suggest a new wider door sweep)

Last and not least at 10:55 a.m. Sunday a lady knocked hard on my door and said as I opened the door "CHECKOUT TIME 11:00 a.m. I said oh i thought it was noon as the other motel 6 business. she said " TEN DOLLAR MORE FOR AN HOUR you have to pay" I said I would be leaving.

The room looked just like the pictures.
The square feet of space was was good.
The refrigerator was clean.
The shower was clean.
The tiles and wood floor had stains.
The kitchen sink faucet was loose.

final:
For the almost $200.00 dollars I spent for 745 p.m. Friday to 11:00 Sunday (approximately 39 hours) it was not worth it.
I'll go back to were I was going before.

This was the only place with a room available, after searching in 5 different hotels I decided to stay in this one, I had no choice and I was very tired already. The key to the room was an old pizza card. When you walked in the air smelled a bit weird. There was a red stain on the floor, it might have been blood , or paint I didn't know. The bathroom was dirty and when you flushed the toilet kept flushing for like a whole minute. I felt unsafe. There were a couple of what seemed liked gang members right out side the door, and it smelled like weed and like some one was on there period. You could heard chatter and yelling through the walls. The room was terrible. The carpet wasn't cut right and it was three different pieces of carpet. Also the sink was in the room not the bathroom. I don't recommend this place unless you have no choice like I did. Other then that the room was spacious.

I was looking for decent places to stay around LA and I came across this place. I looked at the reviews and I was a little bit weary of booking Studio 6 commerce. But I took a chance. When we got there check in was easy and we were in our room in 5 minutes. Our room was clean and orderly. I got more than I expected and I would definitely recommend this place.

I really liked the remodeled rooms with the mini kitchen. Cute studio feel to it. Clean room and comfortable bed. My non smoking room smelled great. I was pleasantly surprised. My only drawback was the road noise/traffic. Thank goodness I had earplugs, otherwise I would not have be able to sleep. Friendly staff

The room was really nice and clean and without a carpet which you can never get the dirt out that lingers beneath. We loved the little kitchenette since we are vegetarians and didn't want to run around to find a restaurant--especially since the area around the motel has got the worst, continuous traffic imaginable; always loud and busy.

Will never be back!

Will never be back!
Disgusting filthy dive motel that I wouldn't even suggest the dirtiest, drug addict, trucker, prostitute stay in..... definitely not what the pictures lead you to believe! Once I discovered the mess I had stepped into I demanded a full refund and promptly left.

This is the second time I have arrived at this hotel for its cleanliness and comfort, as I had a bad experience in another company near this area. Studio 6 highly recommended as it has everything to rest and have a good night.

New rooms but poorly cleaned. The parking lot had a lot of gang related graffiti. I would not have stayed here knowing what the outside looked like. I did not feel very safe here, the rooms exited directly outside, not a hallway. There was a security guard in the parking lot that was under construction at the time. There was also no chain on the door so the woman at the front desk walked in on the morning of our check out date after we didn't answer the phone even though it was well before our check out time. The rooms seemed dirty, the headboards had stains, the comforters had burns on them, and we found hair and what looked like small blood stains on the sheets, the medicine cabinet even had a tube of used toothpaste left by a previous guest. Overall a bad experience, the only redeeming factors being the newly updated rooms and full kitchen that we didn't use.
