Loved the location, beautiful architecture. Not a fan of the show.....LATIN HISTORY FOR MORONS!!

Beautiful theater and great performance of Kiss Me Kate

A mid sized theatre so not a typical Broadway location. The acoustics were surprisingly good. The full bar at the back is a nice add on. Our play didn't have an intermission so don't know what type of traffic jam that would create though. Getting everyone out at the end did take longer though than in other theatres.

What a beautiful theatre with great details like leopard print carpeting. It's very large but warning to people with long legs...the seats are impossibly cramped.

A legendary and iconic piece of NY history, spanning from theater to night club of the 70s and 80s and back to a theater again. Stunning beauty inside.

The balcony rows are so close to one another that your knees press firmly into the back of the chair in front of you. It made it difficult to enjoy the show. I certainly won't be back.

Very nice place. The inside is amazing and the show is amazing . The seats are COMFORTABLE AND THE PLACE IS DRESSED UP ATTIRE . please don't be like me and wear super casual it doesn't look right.

Saw the new Daniel Radcliffe play, great location, wonderful performance.

Definitely a great theatre for a show. If you're interested in the show that's there, I definitely recommend it. If I lived closer, I'd probably have a subscription.

Great theater experience from the quality of the performance, through seating layout and acoustics. My wife and I went to see Kiss Me Kate yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the show.

Didn't even know this wasn't a club anymore! Went for a show, which was absolutely awesome (Sweat).
Theater was great too. Drinks are pricey. Seemed higher than other places, but I could just be forgetting.

The ushers were very polite and helpful. The seats are very close, making it very uncomfortable if you're on the taller side.

While this Old Grand Dame of a theater was a music club extraordinaire of the past, w lovely decor, it should be better insulated. The orchestra section felt a bit drafty, cold.

Even the seats in the higher balcony area have good stage views.

The only complaint I have are the seats.
The rows are too horizontal, so if you get somebody in front of you who is just a bit taller than average, it's hard to see, through no fault of theirs. It also feels a bit cramped, and I'm average sized. A taller guy next to us was visibly uncomfortable. I just think the venue is due for a renovation.

Medium-sized Broadway theater with inconveniently located restrooms.

Worst leg room of any theater on Broadway. I avoid it like the plague.

Watch the one man show with JOHN Leguisamo Latin History for Morons. It is great entertainment, funny, smart, creative and it makes you feel good about our roots.

This is a review of the theatre. Box office lobby was open at least an hour before curtain during our visit. For an 8pm curtain, the house opens at 7:30pm. If you get here early, there are no benches or seats. Some people tried to sit on these black wooden bases against the wall. The bouncer told us it wasn t safe. He acted more like a bouncer than the welcoming committee. Several elderly patrons who came early left to find a place to sit.

Don t sit on mezzanine EE101 or the corresponding EE102. A black bar will obstruct your view. See pic.

Saw Daniel Radcliffe in The Lifespan of a Fact here. The theater was very clean and well maintained. Such a great experience.

Very nice theater but sound was not good at times during play.

This theater is now the stage for great plays and musicals put on by the Roundabout. The Roundabout about is a group which puts on about six or seven productions every year. Currently Studio 54 is presenting the play Children of a Lesser God. The cast is wonderful.

Great seats with plenty of leg room. The performance I saw of Kiss Me Kate was brilliant!

Great theater. Much more intimate tha. The larger Times Square playhouses. Kiss me Kate was Fabulous!

The seating is perfect. Not a bad seat in the house so don't waste the extra money trying to sit up front

Old disco turned into a Theatre. Originally renovated for the revival of Cabaret it still has the leopard carpet and black walls of the Kit Kat Klub. Operated by the Roundabout group it has good acoustics and sight lines. A good place to see a show.

Saw 'Children of a Lesser God.' The play could have been much beter, as could the performance. The lead actress makes it memorable.

Very nice theatre. I've been here a couple of times. The only complaint I have is that the mezzanine seats are very cramped; you have very little leg room.

Studio 54, having been THE place to be and be seen in it's club heyday, is now an staple as a venue for excellent New York City theater. Each seat has a fine view and quality performances are what I've experienced here.

The worst seats ever! Sooo tight even if you're short. Great show though.

John Leguizamo had me laughing from start to finish. Very well done. Great educational experience.
