Despite having no issues with my banners being printed from other companies/websites I was contacted by John after my order was made to say that it did not fit the template and if resized it would be tiny. Despite offering several suggestions, to include providing access to the original design this was not resolved. I therefore requested a refund and placed my order elsewhere, using the same design. Today, I have received my banners from the alternative company and therefore don't really understand what the issue was. Clearly there was no issue with my design on this occasion or when used previously. I was told by John that they charge a 10% handling charge on refunds..... it has now been a week and a refund is yet to be received. I would not recommend this company.
Banner World gave me a professional service, and the banner was good quality, delivered on time.
Quality of product cannot be faulted, stunning. Shipping to Northern Ireland was outrageous, hence 4 star review, otherwise it'd be 5. That said I will use again even with the shipping costs.
We needed some large PVC banners (5m * 2.5m) for an event. Fantastic service - ordering was easy, quick response and very accommodating over some special requirements. Delivered on time and excellent quality, good price too (we did lots of research). Overall very happy and will be returning in the future.

After much researching, to find a decent banner for our band, we settled on Banner World. The site was easy to use and flawless, and the cost was very competitive. The banner was delivered swiftly, and the quality was phenomenal! The banner is extremely high quality material, and the printing was astounding! It literally couldn't have been a better experience! I required a range of printed products from Banner World for a refurb of my bar Bootleg Social in August. I ordered some replacement cafe barriers, PVC banners, a stage backdrop along with some stickers and large format posters. I could not match any of these prices with any other suppliers on line. Products arrived within the stated turnaround times of 5-6 working days and i could not believe the quality of the products received. I just came to order some more banners and saw a negative review, so felt the need to add one for my positive experience. Absolutely no complaints, I now recommending Banner World to everyone I know!

Bannerworld were very helpful preparing the artwork for this banner. They were both couteous and efficient throughout. The Banner is high quality, beautifully reproduced and the stand perfect. It is quick and easy to erect, particularly with two people, strong but lightweight and packs away easily into its convenient carry case. We ordered Mesh Banners from Banner World in 2018 for a pantomime. Not only was the quality fabulous - they arrived quickly. They were placed on a patch of ground open to all elements and they really stood the test of time. The rough salt air, high winds and sunshine didn't leave a mark on these banners. I looked high and low for somebody to print a road map mat for me, and eventually decided to go with bannerworld. I am so pleased with the service. They arrived promptly, well packaged, they look gorgeous and the colours came out just as I had intended. Communication was brilliant, they noticed an error in my design that I had not, and kindly emailed to ask whether it was intentional. The rug (100% polyester with rubber backing), feels like a soft sort of felt, and it s already proven very popular with my son. Top service, will be returning for more!
