Beautiful, intimate theater. Loved the Lifespan of a Fact. Lots of restaurants nearby.

My lovely friend surprised me with tickets to a John Leguizamo show here. Awesome just to be in here. The theatre is awesome.

Nice old style theatre, visibility was good even from all the way up top. The vintage look is nice however the seats need improvement very uncomfortable seats.

Very comfortable. More legroom than most broadway theaters. Friendly staff.

Show was good I liked it. Studio 54 was nice, could use more women's rooms always and my mom couldn't hear the show which was disappointing an we didn't know until after the show.

The legroom at this theatre is excellent compared to most on Broadway. Downside is that they pump the AC (constant cold air blowing) even when it is <50 degrees outside. Dress warmly and bring a scarf.

The theater is very compacted. Sitting on the top of the balcony still gave us a good view of the whole stage, which is great. But the chairs and sitting space are very tight. It's very difficult and uncomfortable for people with long legs and larger frames.

Came here to see the 2014 revival of Cabaret. Absolutely fantastic theater. I love the unique layout of the theater, as well as the seating arrangement in the orchestra level. The decor is also a sight to behold! THe mezzanine seats are on par with most older theaters - not exactly comfortable, but not as cramped as some other theaters. Each level is nicely elevated, so unless you have the misfortune, like I did, of sitting behind someone exceptionally tall with a crazy hairdo, you should have a good view of the stage.

Note: Men's room in this theater is very small and cramped. The line can get ridiculously long during intermission, so go early if you want to avoid the line.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing venue, and great company! Saw them performing Holiday Inn, was absolutely extraordinary! Fun, amusing, great dancing, music (loved the orchestra musicians being in different locations, watching the conductor on a little small privet video screen BTW), stage and costumes. Beautiful directing work. The iconic venue is so beautifully designed, with a lot of attention to details. Enjoyed every moment of it, thank you!

Easy access from subway. All seats have good views of the stage. Update infrared listening devices available.

Saw John Leguzamo the show was dope and so was the venue.

This place has a magic. I stepped on the sidewalk and the magic was done. Today is a theater but the thrill of being there was indescribable.

That was the best album that others I have the lp or acetate of studio 54 and I have 300 long play of original disco music, electronic music. Regeton and others are disgusting

Great venue for a play. Children of a lesser God was amazing! Intimate and amazing setting.

This is a great theater company. We saw Kiss Me Kate and it was amazing. Well worth it. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the performance.

The venue became a theater where now a Broadway play is played. I've been waiting longer but the building is in need of refurbishment.

Wish I was just posting this from the after life, after just discovering google maps and remembering my times here in its heyday. Unfortunately its modern day, and I saw a play here, a good play, but it was nothing like I was hoping it would be...

It's been many things, but it's a theater again, a good place to see a production.

Studio 54 is now used as a theater for live productions. Currently showing a play. I found the accoustics poor and sight lines were not as good as larger theaters.

me Kate is was a wonderful show but I almost walked out at intermission because the seat had absolutely NO leg room. I've sat in some pretty tight spots before in these ancient Broadway theaters but this was egregious. I had to contort my body and jam my knees into the seat in front of me to be about to even even sit down. Other theatergoers nearly a foot shorter than me had trouble with the amount of leg room.

Famous club featured in a great deal of media. Go if you've never been!

Very pretty theater. Ladies room had many stalls, so the long line went quickly. John Leguizamo is hilarious and I truly felt like a moron in Latin History. U.S. historical textbooks and school curricula really need to be amended. It's shameful. I didn't give 5 stars because the sound wasn't great in the nosebleed section where I sat even though there were speakers near me. Turn up the volume a little, Studio 54!

Studio 54 is a national treasure, a beautiful building with a lot of history. As this is the first time I have been to New York I felt it was something I wanted to see, and experience. I saw a play called The Sound Inside, while I was not entirely impressed by the play, the experience as a whole was quite pleasurable. I will recommend to others.

Beautiful Broadway theater that formerly was the site of the Studio 54 disco.

If you think this is the Club from the oldies, its not. Its in the same location, and is now a theater. But cool to have been there. :)

Saw Cabaret in April during Previews. Great show. Lovely theater. Handed out programs at the end of the show, which was interesting. But I think that had more to do with the fact that the show was in previews than the space itself.

It's been the roundabout's home for some time, saw Allan cumming in cabaret here over 20 years ago, and it is always worth a visit just to see where they take you.

Great character in this theater. The mezzanine is quite steep for better views. There is VERY little space in the rows for any leg room.

Very pretty in the inside. Seats were comfy. Good view even from far back (second to last row). Affordable tickets. The show was through roundabout theater, and they have discounted tickets (HIPTIX Program) for people ages 18-35, allowing you to buy up to 2 tickets ( second ticket doesn't have to be for a person aged 18-35), I gave my second ticket to my sister) for $25 each, my mom got a full priced ticket, which was a little over $40 I believe. short walk from times square. We saw Holiday Inn staring Corbin Bleu (high school musical) and Bryce Pinkham. Snack prices were very reasonable, but pay attention to how the line forms, I think I ( completely accidentally) cut people in line (I don't think anyone noticed, as no one said anything to me) and didn't realize until after I made a purchase and stepped out and saw how the line was formed, which made me feel kinda bad. oops! sorry...

Went to see John leguizamo and I loved it. I've had a crush on him for years and it was great seeing him, up close and personal. We were in the 6TH row!

Intimate, beautiful theater. Refreshments were expensive as hell, but there staff is wonderful as is the theater.

I recently saw Lifespan of a fact, which was great! The seating, however, left much to be desired. Simply put, iconic venue with undersized seating accommodations.

We went to see the show She Loved Me last weekend and it was spectacular! I was totally speechless afterwards. The acting, set, orchestra, costumes, lighting, it was all on point. We loved everything about the show, but the venue wasn't our favorite. The rows of seats were so close together that I couldn't sit straight and I am only 6 feet tall. We were on the upper mezzanine and it was noticeably warmer than it was down in the orchestra seating. That being said, every single seat in the theater had a wonderful view of the set. I was so impressed by that.

Like every theatre in New York, it's in decadence, but the John Leguasiano show I saw made everything else irrelevant. The bar is extremely expensive and not many choices.

Kind of an average theater. Don t sit upstairs if you are old, have dodgy knees, and are wary of steep stairs.

I saw Latin history for Morons here, John Leguizamo is everything!!! The staff at studio 54 is very nice, the bartenders super sweet and they poor a stiff drink which is nice. The seat are comfy for a long show and overall it was a delightful night!!!
