It used to be a slaughterhouse and now redeveloped into an artist village. Those red-brick buildings are beautiful. It is really a nice place for taking photos. There are at least 3 cats living here. Cat-lovers should come.

I myself absolutely loved this place. The thought of having these heritage buildings and turned into something artsy is great. However it is a bit under use. Love they kept not only the buildings but also drinking places for the animals. Don't forget to go to the park next door.

Because it was once slaughtered livestock slaughterhouses, water tanks everywhere outside the house, and countless iron rings holding animals by the water tanks, today people feel that countless lives have been silently lost here.

It's an interesting place for artists. Not at all what I was expecting. I used to live arrow the corner from this place before I migrated. I was looking more for history of this place - what it was and what it was used for.

Step back into history and enjoy the brickwork. At same time, difficult not to imagine all the fear, blood, smell and noise of a slaughterhouse. As an artist village, it may be ok but doesn't seem to have many artists. I hear their tenure is limited and they have to leave at night. Visitors don't have much to do after walking around for 5-10 minutes. Another example of government "set and forget" tokenism?

The government retained this place, but did not brief the public on the functioning of the previous slaughterhouse. The children visited it and thought that it used to be a paradise park, wasting this resource, and the holidays were cold and clear.
