shady business. i signed up their classes on classpass and after two classes i got an email to sign up 1 week for $35. today i finally wanted to sign up. at first the studio manager insisted that they NEVER offer that price. then they emailed me saying that offer is only for new client. why the heck you sent me that email after my two classes? if signing up on classpass disqualified me as new client? done with them

I absolutely love this place. I come here five days a week for every morning. Don t be surprised that the morning classes are packed. Yoga is not really just a simple flow Yoga but with strength and stamina training. I regularly work out but still feel demanding. The cycle class is one of the best selling point of S3. The classes are fun and addicting. It is easy to burn 500-600 calories. The bike is top notch peloton bikes, and teachers are professional and inspiring. Your training results will be integrated with peloton system and viewable online. The last component is HIIT class - TORCH. Yes, it is torturing;) but in a good way. The 60 minute is challenging and you will feel either great or dying :D A little thing: no hair dryer in men s room.

This is a newer gym that has drawn some great trainers to it. I went last week to a Torch class with one of my favorite strength instructors. Format is tread, floor (weights) and row which I liked - about 6 minutes on each station before moving on.

The workout space itself was decent - nice treadmills (Woodway) and row machines, but with 30+ bodies in the space they only had one small fan so need to improve the air circulation.

This is a large gym with a downstairs (where my class was), cycling on the main floor and locker rooms upstairs. I was able to get into my first class without signing the waiver and went back to the front desk after to do the proper paperwork. You can tell they have recently opened and are still working out the kinks (i.e. where are the waivers?).

The women's locker room was a nightmare - not only was it busy (which they can't help), but the showers area was totally flooded and unlike some locker rooms where ladies are just down to business, there were a lot of Chatty Cathys.

I went here for a cycling class with class pass. Out of the many gyms in the city I have been to, I was impressed. The staff was friendly and helped me get set up on my bike for class. It was an easy first experience, which is rare at gyms. The memberships are relativity pricey - definitely reflecting the high quality machines and number of staff.

I heard rave reviews about Studio Three and was excited to give it a try. However, I didn't have a great experience. Since it was my first class, I walked up to the front desk and was quickly and shortly told that I was in the wrong place and needed to go downstairs to check in for my TORCH class. I felt really embarrassed since it was my first time - how would I have known that? During class, it was hard to hear the instructor so I felt like I was missing a lot of what he was saying (especially inclines on the treadmill, speeds, etc.). While it was a good HIIT workout, I just didn't get a good overall experience. Not for everyone.

About a month ago I signed up for unlimited use monthly pass... being super busy that I am and traveling on weekends. I only signed up for 1 class. A 9:30 am cycling class that still had other openings. I invited my wife and a friend to join. They entered the class. I showed up right before the clock turned to 9:31(still 9:30) fully dressed with cycling shoes on ready to jump on bike. The front desk person would not let me in. His reasoning was that the 15-20 seconds it would take me to jump on the bike would disrupt the other riders experience. Which is a joke!! It s a 45 minute class that I took with the same instructor 3 weeks prior as a walk in and the instructor didn t start the class until 9:33 3 weeks prior. So I canceled my membership and i I will bring my friends to other studios because a 60-90 seconds window should be tolerated at any business. Further more, I injured my back 3 weeks ago and have to walk very slow which is why I was 45 seconds late. And this is really a hit to studio 3 because I m the type of member that would only take 1-2 classes per month. Im their Unicorn. For their business model to work they need members like me that pay their dues and basically don t use the service! But if Ido show up? Even 45 seconds later? Cut me some slack and let me ride the class!! Especially because I brought two riders!! 1 star for studio 3 Fulton market!! up

I have been attending Studio Three classes through ClassPass for several years. With the cold weather months approaching, I decided to join S3 to get me through the winter. Jen helped me with my membership sign up and could not have been more friendly and responsive. They even threw in free cycle shoes! Woot! I love all the classes in all 3 studios. In general all the instructors are good. Also shout out to the desk staff and bike mechanics - all super friendly and accommodating. Thanks for consistently kicking my a** Studio Three!

I've never taken a more engaging or fun cycling class. Make sure to take Andrea's class, she makes the best playlists and is very careful to instruct proper form and safety while riding the bike. AND the light show makes you feel like you're in a concert (s/o to Raul!). Great place, awesome friendly staff.

There aren't enough good words to say about how great Studio Three is! I have an unlimited membership for all three floors and I've never been disappointed in any class I've taken! For cycling, Andrea, Antonia, Wes, Dani, Raul, Dustin, Erin, Sayre, etc. you really can't go wrong! The interval classes have all been extremely difficult (in a good way) and are so different each time! Take a class with Liu! He rocks! Overall, if you take a class at StudioThree you won't be disappointed! They have top-notch faculties and equipment with top-notch instructors and make working out FUN!

ETA: Many of the instructors I originally listed have moved on to other opportunities but StudioThree continues to provide top notch and high quality instructors. I ve never taken a class that I didn t like and I think that speaks to the solid group of instructors that StudioThree hires. There is not another place in the city quite like this - it s my home away from home, and literally the reason I wake up before 6am. S3, I you!

Studio Three makes me happy and will make you happy too. Staff is kind. Instructors are warm, energetic and thoughtful. The ambiance and environment (I'm not just talking about their amazing facilities) is welcoming and I always leave feeling better, mentally and physically. Take it from this former lethargic, sedentary couch potato who found this place and completely turned her life around. This place is special.

Staff is very friendly and helpful; I've been to two spin classes through ClassPass and the peleton bikes (and instructors) are really motivating. Beautiful facilities, clean locker rooms, smoothie shop out front. Highly recommend!

I took one spinning class at S3 recently and didn't find it a real work out- more like a disco session!
Let's start with the hardware: the bikes! Seats and handles have one fix length - odd!
Now, about the class - most of the time in position 3 - the songs were repetitive - I didn't feel the energy out of the class.
Ok- with another instructor I would go again. Why? The choreography -is impressive- the lights change color, dim, turn off and are coordinated with the duration of each song- pretty cool.

I couldn t rate my experience less/differently since I didn t even get to experience a class. Surprisingly rude front desk managers/staff. I felt that their customer service was disingenuous and rude. At one point, another manager decided to insert his feedback so that both managers were just repeating information and not hearing me telling me the same information that another manager was telling me. What upset me the most was their unprofessional and condescending responses, and complete lack of care in my frustrations about never being told what to do or when to show up.. and that I never even got an email confirmation for the class. I can go anywhere else in Chicago, and I will.

Completed the 60 minute Endurance class lead by Andrea W. for a bachelorette party and had the BEST time! She kept us all super motivated even when we were exhausted. Her playlist rocked-- it was perfect! Some girls in the group were hoping to get a copy of the playlist or spotify list if possible. Thanks for a great workout!
