Low level of responsiveness, more than 9-10 followups (Emails and Phone calls) needed in order to get the status of the order, asked for high delivery costs for slow in delivery in relative to other vendors.

My decks broke during the lockdown and I didn t think I would be able to get them fixed. Rang up the people I brought them from and They was no help. Found these guys on pioneers website. The man on the phone was helpful and told me what I had to do. I created a case through their online portal. The next day I was sent information on how to send it back with the delivery labels. I sent them off and within a week I had them back fully repaired. They also have online updates where you can leave notes for the guys to repair them. Very very impressed with the service. Would recommend 5 stars. Well done lads

Ordered new Focusrite isa 2 arrived next day less than 24hr after ordering. Fantastic service great price the best of any other competitor very pleased with the whole buying experience. I will be back for more that's a promise, thank you for a pleasant easy transaction.

Wanted to buy the Yamaha SP1000 wooden side panels...

Wanted to buy the Yamaha SP1000 wooden side panels for my Yamaha DM1000, didn't think it would be possible due to the age of the mixer (16 years old). Studiocare came through for me, and were able to obtain them! They kept me well informed of the 2/3 week wait which was absolutely fine. I will now exclusively use Studiocare for all my studio requirements. I can't thank them enough. Extremely highly recommended.

I've had nothing but great service from them, and can't really believe some of the negative reviews here which is why I'm writing this one. I had to return an item and they've been nothing but helpful and friendly.

The guys at Studiocare really know their stuff and...

The guys at Studiocare really know their stuff and offer great deals on professional audio equipment. Particular thanks to Chris in the After-Sales technical team for his prompt assistance with a recent repair/swap-out of kit. Extremely helpful all round with "Care" definitely being the operative word.

Unfortunately my experience with Studiocare is enough to put me off buying from them again.

My Audient ASP880 was faulty (not Studiocare's fault of course) and after phoning up on a Friday I was told they would send a replacement out next day delivery, which should be the following Monday. DPD would take the exchange there and then. No issues and Studiocare were very helpful on the phone.

There was no delivery on Monday and so I chased it up via email. I was told they could send me a new one once they had received mine (...contrary to what I had been told before on the phone - I would have sent mine out the previous Friday if this was the case). They arranged DPD to pick it up the following day (Tuesday) and that my replacement should be with me on Thursday.

No delivery on Thursday. I ring up on Friday to see what the delivery status is and once again it appears they have forgotten. They hadn't sent it, apologised and said the new unit should be with me on Monday. I can but hope...

All in all a delay of a week from what I was originally told. A generous 3 stars given as another item I bought was the cheapest price on the internet.

Lots of proper pro audio stuff here. The guys are not as arrogant as some in the pro audio industry. The helped me out big time when I required parts for something I was working on at the time.
