Unfortunately my experience with Studiocare is enough to put me off buying from them again.

My Audient ASP880 was faulty (not Studiocare's fault of course) and after phoning up on a Friday I was told they would send a replacement out next day delivery, which should be the following Monday. DPD would take the exchange there and then. No issues and Studiocare were very helpful on the phone.

There was no delivery on Monday and so I chased it up via email. I was told they could send me a new one once they had received mine (...contrary to what I had been told before on the phone - I would have sent mine out the previous Friday if this was the case). They arranged DPD to pick it up the following day (Tuesday) and that my replacement should be with me on Thursday.

No delivery on Thursday. I ring up on Friday to see what the delivery status is and once again it appears they have forgotten. They hadn't sent it, apologised and said the new unit should be with me on Monday. I can but hope...

All in all a delay of a week from what I was originally told. A generous 3 stars given as another item I bought was the cheapest price on the internet.
