A truly great place. Arguably one of the best concert venues in town. The bars and cafes have a really nice atmosphere. Furthermore the student-run restaurant in the basement is really good, and there are even a couple of places where you can deposit those of your friends that like clubbing while you do other stuff. Would recommend.

Used to go alot when i was younger. Often good conserts and allways something going on.

It means the student community in Trondheim! The cylindrical shaped red coloured building was built in 1929. Lot of students work voluntarily and organise debate, plays etc. They also go to enjoy the drinks there!

The big red house! Visit, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to go out, some clubs are +20, and those are where the strong drinks are served. If you get a membership, entrance fee and drinks cost less.

Good concerts and such, cheap beer on Thursdays. All in all a very good place to go for students!

Great place for students! Samfundet has more than 7 bars/lounges, all with a unique theme. There are weekly, live conserts in many of the bars during the semester.

G-Helg is only suitable for jubilants. Most of the house is inaccessible until about 11 pm.

The student community is magical! I often go to Jazz and Wine Night at Edgar and often eat dinners with friends in Lyche. Especially try the pork steak, it tastes heavenly. Otherwise, the premises of the house bear the impression of being a hundred years old, but the students take good care of their house.

Political meetings and fantastic concerts in the Great Hall and free waffles in the library every Wednesday.

Samf is the place! Not very cheap if you are not a student, but actually quite unheard of that they have so many (!) Bars in the same building! Something for every taste, if you like cocktails, chill with guys at the bar or rave in the basement.

Society is my favorite place in the world. Words can hardly describe how much this house has meant in my life.

Perfect for students, and a place you MUST have been to before you can say you have settled in Trondheim. A true institution in the Old City - it had to last for another hundred years.
