Caroline Moffit has been the most helpful wonderful woman your company has. She has gone above, and beyond in every email we have corresponded. After many months of constant contact, as well as many issues being resolved, i have gained a high level of respect for Miss Moffitt, and her company. i Definitely recommend this business, especially Miss Moffit, and i would personally use them as well.

Working with Alan Bloom last year was by far the worst experience I have had selling a home. He looked out for the interest of the buyers rather than our interest. The buyers agent and Alan, both Keller Williams, tagged teamed against us to nickel and dime us down. He still owes me money from an escrow account and it's been over a year. Reccomend you go elsewhere.
LaShawn Norden and her team are the best in Central Florida real estate! LaShawn has sold and assisted with several home purchases and sales in the past within my family and assisted me with the purchase of my first home in August 2016. She is a true professional and genuinely cares about her clients rather than just trying to make a sale. She doesn t put up with any nonsense. Her team is also wonderful, especially Carolyn. They work with Waterstone Mortgage which makes the process so seamless and easy. All of the team members gave me incredibly valuable advice about the process and were readily available anytime I needed them. I ll definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing an amazing realty team!

Do not do any work with this Real Estate Company. I had a brief interaction with one of their realtors Chris Rey and it was a huge mistake. Chris was a sleazy snake who acted as if he was willing to help us on his own free will and guide us into the house we needed. After having an interaction with Chris. He then took it upon himself to interfere with us working with a new realtor by threatening legal action against my current realtor, myself, and the home seller. Chris was a disgusting scumbag and made an overt effort to stab me in the back. Do not do any work with these people you will regret it.
We visited with a realter that was not from that on perticular office. Oh God I never felt so uncomfortable. The receptionist not even a smile acted like our presence bothered her busy on her cell phone. Then takes us to the back and tells our realtor be done by five i leave at five so Our realtor who wokes for the same company says i can lock up if you like and the receptionist says again i leave at five. I was like OMG. Then tbe other employees of the office would walk by no hello no smile just stare and walk away. I would never recommend anyone to that porticular office not friendly people.
This company doesn t respect neighbor posted policy like no soliciting. Leaving you papers and having them blow all over isn t advertising it s littering. Thank you Rosa Hughes

As a business man I cannot afford to ever recommend anyone that will embarrass me or my company. Jeff is the consummate professional and he is widely known for his relentless followup. If you need to sell your house, you must call Jeff Singletary, who consistently sells over 50 houses a year. Why wouldn't you call an agent who does that? He does this with the help of a team and his wonderful customer service. He is thorough, has great followup and offers referrals to the best team of experts in town (from cleaning services to roofers). He is busy, yet always reachable. The best!
Had a bad experience working with Realtor Mariela Safie. Be careful working with professionals affiliated with this organization. Long story short, I was played. A promise made to my face, wasn't kept. Had to drive 15 miles to get my money back. I am now having to move into a hotel with my disabled child. I write this review with the hopes that she learns to do better.

I have talked briefly with a realtor from this office about the potential sale of.my home. Then I just saw their ad in the "fake" "Seminole County Gazette" delivered the same day as Kyle mail in ballot. It is NOT a.Seminole County magazine - it is REPUBLICAN "VOTE FOR THESE PEOPLE" newsletter, trying to appear as a community magazine. Shame on you all! I will NEVER do business with you.
