We paid for a dive trip in advance. It was canceled because of weather. I had to call and ask about being refunded. They said 3-5 or 3-7 days or something. It has been 14 days. I have had to report it to my credit card company.
Don't expect to be refunded if they cancel. Hopefully you have a credit card company that can help you. I wonder how many people they do this to.
