We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday, and had a perfect dining experience. All of the food was imaginative, beautifully plated, delicious- and absolutely justified the cost. The combination of people who looked after us were to a person considerate without being intrusive, and we felt special - something that doesn't happen often in busy restaurants. The menu was extensive and made choosing a challenge- but we were both delighted with our decisions. Can't wait to go back.

Second time here. Celebrating my birthday this time. Could not ask for a better staff or experience all the way around. Tried the duck for the first time and it was incredible. Everything was perfect and we loved all our wines, cider, food and desserts...

Stopped in for lunch today...WOW! Just wow!! It began with our server Nicole's smiling and friendly face! Her exceptional knowledge of the menu, shared her personal favorite dishes, was extremely helpful and accomodating regarding food and drink concerns.
The meals were presented beautifully, delicious, cooked to perfection and totally touched the taste buds! Nicole of course was always within call and was sure to check on our needs.
It just so happened, we were seated near the waterfront windows, and our view was just as breathtaking as our experience at The Bicycle Thief!
WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

Great recommendations from our server on drinks and apps! Had a cozy experience in the Cabins outside for the winter. The heaters, lighting, and speakers for our little area made an awesome atmosphere.

Not pictured (it was devoured too quickly) was the Infamous Beef Tenderloin Burger. Delish! Higher end of local pricing but also higher caliber and worth the experience!

The Bicycle Thief s tag line is North American Food-Italian Soul . We can see why. Located at Bishop s Landing, this restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Great views along the waterfront and all the people walking by. We had a couple of glasses of wine, many to choose from. Enjoyed Lobster Corn Chowder, gnocchi, lobster roll. Gelato for dessert was divine.

The food here is delicious! The ambience of the restaurant is really warm and relaxing which provided a better experience during my visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are quite attentive and provide prompt service. The presentation of the food is beautiful done. I would definitely come back here again!

During the pandemic, the restaurants follows the provincial guidelines. They require you to don your mask unless you are dining in. The restaurant promotes good hand hygiene and social distancing. The are at limited capacity so make sure to book your reservation!

I've dined at The Bicycle Thief five times now and each time I've walked away extremely satisfied. The menu is vast, and incredible. The food has always been amazing, I've never had an issue. The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Each time I've visited the service has been near perfect. If you're looking for a more up scale dining experience without feeling like you need to wear your Sunday best this is definitely the place.

This place has been on our list for a while, and I figured there was no better time than burger week to stop by. With some of the newest changes to parking, finding a spot was a bit tricky so plan ahead. What stood out for me the most here is how much pride they take in the guest experience. From the greeters to the servers to management who stopped by our table (twice!) they absolutely get top marks from me for service, which seems to be a dying art these days. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and while we did have a specific server, a few others checked in as well. The restaurant itself is very clean - even the division screens they've added for safety are spotless. Their chairs - while seemingly antique - are so comfortable; they've really created a sweet, comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Also a big fan of their table settings/service. Seriously 10/10. For me, the food was ok - it wasn't the best burger I've ever had, and I would be torn to pay the regular $22 for it on the menu. We were really looking forward to some of their unique toppings - like red onion marmalade! - but found some flavours got lost as is it a very generous size. However - you can't argue with the quality of the beef, and the cook on it was perfect. Their fries are also quite tasty and its usually what I end up leaving on my plate. Overall, an exceptional experience. We will definitely be back again, but I'll lean towards some of their more specialty items, like pasta. Three more things - bonus points for the view outside, for seating us near the fireplace, and for having teapots that actually pour water into your cup and not all over the table!

Atmosphere was amazing, one of the best tables you could probably ask for. Ocean View, fireplace, excellent wine service, all impeccable. Couldn't ask for better. Dined here at least four times, food was always really good, but last visit food wasn't up to their normal standards. Decent meal, but expected better than "OK".
