Horrible to their employees the employers only care about money not the health of their employees.

If I could give it a zero I would. They cares about one thing and one thing only, and that is making money. If you work on the floor as a production employee, you mean nothing to them and they will show you that from the beginning. Management is a absolute joke, if you are not buddy buddy with the supervisor then you will have a target on you r back. The same rules don t apply for everyone either that they say should. I wasted 6 years at this place to be let go by a piece of mail.

20 mins + to get someone to answer a phone, terrible equipment with even worse Hitachi compressors, save your time and money and buy from another manufacturer

Full disclosure, I recently joined Structural Concepts and have been impressed with the people and products. We do business with blue chip supermarket retailers and food service establishments.

Stay away from their refrigeration equipment. Junk. Their tech support does not know refrigeration . You ll end up looking like a joke wether your a tech or a owner . Never seen that many failed txv s in my life.

Friendly work environment. Emphasis on personal accountability.

Beside staying open during the stay-at-home order (when they are the creators of the cases- NOT THE REPAIRMEN), they are currently laying people off because they don t have enough orders coming in. It s almost like the other companies are FOLLOWING THE LAW. Ever since the new management took over they have done nothing but to alienate their workers. Fulfill their fears and use someone else; they re not worth the hassle.

I recently took a job here about three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Becca who works in HR called me and actually wanted to talk about the job and let me know what the job was like, the pay, the benefits and the hours. It was very nice for a person to do this so this made me feel very good about the place before I came in for my interview. She definitely is a great person. I really love working here as well. Great environment and friendly co workers who didn t make you feel new.
