My husband, my father, & My brother along with myself went here for a holiday work party & it was beautiful! The staff, the decor, & even the food was amazing. I would definitely return on my own accord. Thanks for such a great experience.
Beautiful place way up on top off a hillside. Pleanty of parking and place to relax and enjoy the bounty of it all.

Let's discuss the highlights of this place first. The property was BEAUTIFUL. A great place for a wedding! I loved that they had the cottages, suites, and cabins. The staff and Woodsgate went above and beyond for the wedding that I was in. They made sure they they took care of everything.
The one thing I would not recommend is, staying at the Inn itself. Spend the extra money and splurge for a cottage, suite, or a cabin. I understand them not having an elevator, because they are keeping true to the history of the building. Once we entered the room, was the moment I went back down stairs to try and change it. The room is about the size of your average small office in your house. It had a musty smell to it. Other than the window AC unit, there is not ventilation. There was no mini fridge or microwave. They had one end table, so when lounging on the bed with your significant other, you have to hand them their drink if they have one. I was just not impressed by the antique theme, at least not enough to pay the same amount that I would for a room at a DoubleTree. One other thing I almost forgot about. As I was exiting the main Inn I tripped on their step down and fell on to my hands and knees. There was an employee who was washing the windows and she just stood there and stared at me. She didn't bother to ask if I was okay or walk over to help me up.
Please do not let this discourage you from having your event here, just be aware of their rooms in the Inn. Pay the extra, it will be worth it.

Came here for a wedding, they were too cheap to give me the wifi password. There is ZERO cellphone reception here and no data for iphones.

We have been going there the last 2 years for there thanksgiving dinner and it is a wonderful array of good food and desserts plenty to eat from soup to nuts enjoy
Attended a wedding and stayed overnight. Everything was excellent from food to accommodations. I want to return in the nice weather.
