Classic America good ol diner. Fast service. Greasy food. Keto friendly.
A nice old school cafe, good food, lots of loyal customers, it's definitely worth a try.
Great food. Large portions. Best bacon at breakfast.
Outstanding staff, and great food. I absolutely love the Cinnemon Roll French Toast, to do for!!
Big portions.. awesome service and a cozy atmosphere...!
Love this place, always friendly and the food is amazing. Only thing is the wait time can sometimes be long, but as long as the food is good i'm not complaining. :)
Great pancakes! Some of the best! Also notable biscuits and gravy, and their bacon is top notch. Every thing I've had so far has been great
If you're not a stickler for Ambiance, and just want a nice breakfast. Stricker's will not disappoint.
Every bite is just as good as the last one, but $18 for a cheeseburger and fries and coke little spendy.
Very good food but at least 1 waitress not very friendly.
We are regular guests there.
Consistently good food, service, and friendly staff. I could eat here everyday! All are welcome.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. Price was OK. I paid $27 for two adult breakfasts.
We go here quite a bit. Great food and attentive, kind service.
After three years of diligently having my Sunday breakfast here, and recommending the place to others....not any more. Sad, as their breakfast used to beat everyone but Maltby's -- and normally without the wait (the lunch has always been average at best).
Recently the potatoes (both home fries and hash) have on more than one occasion tasted like they were cooked in stale grease. The bacon is sometimes borderline jerky, and the water is straight out of the tap and tastes it, no attempt to filter it -- prolly why the coffee tastes the way it does.
The environment reminds me of a road house, minus the bar and poll. Sit at a table on the outer wall, or at any table up front near the parking lot and you either find yourself shivering on cold days, or sweating on hot. Recommend to the owner she should add fans or heat and you get sarcasm about how you should have found another table. Today I decided to do just that, but at another establishment. Denny's on 196th has a new manager, has been remodeled, has heat and a/c (that reaches all tables), and surprisingly prompt service (this time anyway), and grits as a replacement for greasy potatoes. Granted, the chicken fried steak is a smaller portion, but ehh, prolly healthier in the end.
Recently as a couple of months ago if I read someone recommending Denny's over Strickers I wouldn't have believed it, but believe it, Strickers sucks.
Open to suggestions.

Great breakfast spot, I had the haystack with bacon and everything was delicious. It was super busy on New Year's Day, but our waitress had a great attitude and provided great service. I'll definitely be coming back!
dark place, but great food and a good environment. family friendly.
First time customer this past New Year's Eve. Will not be returning. I think one can reasonable expect a coffee cup to remain full at a cafe. Not the case here. Wait staff was not good. Food quality was not in keeping with the price. Really don't understand how they have obtained the google star rating they have given what we experienced.
Excellent food, very homey little place. Not to much of a wait on a Saturday morning. Portions are huge! Do yourself a favor, get the cinnamon roll French toast, my whole family ended up sharing mine because it sooo good.
Excellent breakfast and lunch place, with friendly staff and great food!
This was my first time here. It's a little hole in the wall but the food was excellent. They serve large portions. Large pancakes, thick sausage links and bacon. Candy our server was awesome. Thank you for the great service. Definitely recommend to anybody in the area or looking for a quick meal with that county feel. Will be coming back.
Great food, fast service. The bacon is really good and the biscuits and gravy is awesome. Super portions, half order is a plateful alone! Staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
A bit of a greasy spoon. Good food. Please staff. Nice environment.
Still good but I was not served the excellent bacon I'm used to.
Seat yourself and waitress is quite attentive. Traditional American breakfast with all day lunch available as well. Mediate price range. $14 for an egg Benedict. Not bad at all.
One of my favorite places for brunch and breakfast. This is a nice old school diner with many options in the menu, decent sized portions, reasonable prices and very nice and attentive servers. We live in the Fremont area and every now and then will drive all the way to this cafe just because it is worth it.
Perfect spot for an Americana-style breakfast or brunch. Big plates for cheap prices. Good, not great biscuits and gravy
Great comfort food, breakfast all day. Small town feel, reasonable prices. Totally recommended....
Been going here for over 15+ years over other breakfast places. They care about their meals and customers! Highly recommend the cinnamon French toast combo with a side of buttery fried hash browns. So good!!
Good chow - when they're open
Limited hours
I ordered the Haystack. I got a lot of food and it tasted great. It costed $11.
Good breakfast, big portions and reasonable prices. The scrambled eggs were a bit more moist (undercooked) than I like, in spots. The suasage links are better than the patties. Service was top notch.
Just finished eating here, and the food was just ok, as well as the service, it felt like we were ignored, and the food was getting cold by the time it got to the table, all in all, just ok
Went to this hidden gem few weeks ago and we loved it. Portions were big and servers were very nice. Definitely has that cozy feel with a mom and pop shop touch.
They charged $13 for canned corned beef hash and undercooked eggs. The coffee was weak. The art was not great. They have signs that are judgemental shot people who use technology.
The service was very kind, polite, but slow.
@Rule 1... get over yourself!
This is a great place to eat! Fast service and good food!!
Never noticed this nice little place before. Great food, good prices, and good service.
I ate here with a friend for lunch on the weekend. I ordered a chicken salad for $12. The lettuce was a mix of light green iceberg and romaine. The chicken was breaded like chicken tenders. The meat was cooked thoroughly. It was not burnt and also not cold. The breading was light and crisp without being overwhelming. Some places have breaded chicken made so that it is more breading than chicken. Luckily, at Striker s, that was not the case. The layer of breading was thin and not distracting from the chicken itself.
Also on the salad were hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthwise. Those tasted freshly boiled and not as if they were sitting around for a while. I also had tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers on my salad. The tomatoes were large pieces, almost as if the chef cut a whole tomato into quarters and put those pieces on the plate. The cucumbers were sliced about a half inch thick with the skin on. The onions were red onions uncooked and crisp. The onions were shaved pieces and a little overpowering in my opinion. There were sunflower seeds sprinkled on my salad, which was a nice touch. As for dressing, I selected Italian and declined Ranch, Blue Cheese, Vinaigrette, and Thousand Island. My dressing came on the side, so I was able to put as much or as little on it as I wanted. The flavoring of the salad dressing was very potent, which I enjoyed. It was a vibrant flavor that brought the rest of the salad to life.
In terms of the atmosphere itself, I got a nice window seat. The tables and chairs were a bit rough and could have used some cushion to make them more comfortable. Everything was clean but looked a little outdated.
Well that was disappointing... After seeing all the glowing reviews, we stood around awkwardly for what seemed like 10 minutes before a waitress glanced over her shoulder to say we can sit anywhere.
Then it took another 10 minutes to get menu, after watching several others who showed up after we did get prompt service.
Then it was another 15 minutes before someone took our order. Among our order was coffee: apparently that meant one cup, missing the creamer, which we ended up retrieving from a nearby table only to have it taken from our table by the same waitress who forgot to bring it in the first place. No one checked in with us once the food the food was on our table, so it was good we didn't need anything.
The corn beef hash was a little mushy, but the food wasn't bad. It was just very difficult to actually enjoy the food when the service was this poor.
(then they lost our bill...)
The food is amazing!!!!!!!!! However on weekends there is always a wait, and they rarely have enough servers. But again, the food is incredible and well worth the wait!!!!!! You'll get some amazing, super solid American diner food, so worth it! Delicious!!!!!!
Its seat yourself and gets very busy so expect a wait if your going for a weekend breakfast
Awesome atmosphere, great servers and the cooks are AMAZING!!!!! Cheaper than any where else you can think of and 1000 times better.
Not a ton of vegetarian options but good food and good service
Long wait for table for a group of 5, but when I called ahead to make a reservation they wouldn't take one because they said there would definitely be no wait. At first they sat us at a very small and cramped table and added chairs to it, then we were able to move to a reasonably sized table for 5 adults when it became available, per our request. Food was overpriced for its poor quality, very bland and partially cold. Service was poor as well, for several reasons.
Large portion great food, nice staff. Homely environment.
Is this really the best breakfast in all of Lynnwood? I like a good hole in the wall, but this one just isn't my thing
great basic diner fast service and delicious sausage gravy
Good greasy spoon-type diner. Popular for breakfast.
Good food but missed Candy. She always makes us feel welcome.
Breakfast in America, this place is packed everyday because of the outstanding service and down home feel. While Seattle blows up and loses some of that country feel, Strikers always makes me feel like I stepped back to a time when California hadn't paved over everything it meant to be a Washingtonian.
Perfect biscuits and gravy. Great service. Nice open kitchen and seating. Clean bathroom.
From the seat yourself awkward shuffle, the cold food and, the cold coffee I'd stay away from this place. At least on the weekends.
Great menu with lots of options. I had an omelette that was delicious. The place was comfortable and had a home town cafe kind of feel.
Best diner, you'll ever hear to for breakfast. Best bang for your buck.
This is our first time and i was very
Suprised how busy is this place with very
Good food just like from my Mother
Big portions i had Contry benedicts
DELICISIOSO!!!
A+ diner experience. Kind of the country kitchen style, rather than Americana diner with Elvis signs and stuff.
Food was excellent while still being simple. The waitress was as on top of her game as I have ever seen. She actually asked me if I wanted my coffee refilled, or if she should wait until I emptied it to keep the cream mix correct. I think that s the first time any waiter has even realized that obvious reason I would not want obsessive refills.
Perfect all around.
Excellent breakfast joint, fast service and good food.
Good service for the most part. Tried to get my toast twice, but nobody actually checked up on it or our table. At least the rest of the food was good.
Great place. Great staff. Great breakfast. Delish
