Stop for a quick lunch at a place we have always seen or walked passed but never actually been to. So we tried it, warm welcome and then seated. Clean store and very friendly staff. Drinks was fast as we ordered coffee (cappuccinos), served nice and hot a very good tasting coffee. Burgers where awesome, tasty and very crisp but juicy patty. Overall experience was great excellent service from "Brave" and will come try the wood oven pizza next time. Looked delicious...

My wife forgot her bag at the table, we were in the car and ready to leave and a member of staff returned her bag! Food was very good as well :)

First time visiting Stretta Cafe. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, seating is nicely spaced, service great. The ribs were a healthy portion and absolutely delicious, not too rich and sweet. Seafood pasta was also a healthy portion and the flavours were amazing. Meals priced right. Really worth it. Will definitely be going back. Want to try the lamb shank next time

Way too noisy and milk in cappuccino was slightly off.

It was amazing,our waitress Charlotte checking up on us every 3mins I enjoyed myself and thank you to Patrick the manager.

The best pasta (try the Picanti or Pescatore) in Hillcrest. Decent portion sizes (I usually eat half my pasta & take the rest home). Very good pizzas too. A few international (Erdinger Weiss) & craft beers available. Divine coffee. Service is prompt & staff are engaging. Best to reserve a table for dinner. We also get takeaway pasta for weeknight dinners.

The food was amazing. Very hospitable. Great venue during loadshedding. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. Quick service. Cocktails are tasty and well made.

I had their Pollo Pesto pasta dish and it was Michelin status. I highly rate this establishment and it s well- accommodating staff.

Such a great environment to dine and have a great moment with family and friends. Professional staff, beautiful interior decor loved the lights and everything. Most importantly the food was awesome to say the least. I tried out the pork loin ribs which I can confidently recommend to anyone. My friends tried the baby chicken and lamb shack which they equally loved. The price quite fair for such large portions that they serve. We will definitely visit again very soon. Cheers to the entire staff for such an amazing job.

Ordered 2 burgers and they were extremely dry even though it did mention there was basting on the said burger. The grilled Cajun calamari was VERY oily. Service was slow but waiter was friendly. Disappointed as I e always heard great things about Stretta.

Wow what an experience. Not only was the staff professional but the food was exceptional, well presented and prepared. I wanted my friend from Kenya to have a feel and taste of South African food and Stretta Cafe was the perfect place to bring him. Thank you very much for making memories for him and my wife.

Awesome industrial decor, has okayish outside seating pretty close to the road. Food was good (pizza) waiter was very attentive. The pizza only starts from 11:30 in the morning but they open from 7AM

Really delicious pizza and pastas with greats cocktails. Highly recommended.

The quality of the food was excellent. I ate some of the finest pork ribs I have ever eaten. The wait for the pork belly was also well worth it. Ambience is great.

A lovely coffee shop and foody place with happy hardworking watrons. The menu is varied and the quality good to say the least. Sometimes a roaring fire may even accompany your visit. Outside areas are also available to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit.

Good selection of food and drinks, including delicious vegetarian options (not vegan friendly though). Pizzas have the option of a gluten free base. Good selection of drinks, including wine, cocktails, beer, spirits, non alcoholic, coffee and tea. Amazing desserts!!!
