Company was great at helping me get my mortgage loan. Everything went smoothly and I learned a lot purchasing my first Home.

Terrible experience! If you have good credit I would recommend you go somewhere else. They won't look at your paperwork until the week of closing. Incorrect paperwork multiple times, closing people showed up at our house multiple days with blank looks on their faces because the had closing dates and time wrong. We were told the incorrect amount need to close 3 times and even on the day of closing we had to go to the bank twice.

Chris Clancy and the Allied team were great. I had a horrendous experience with a national bank - my refinancing was taking over 6 months to complete - and came to them with very low expectations. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly calming. I was still skeptical, but from start to finish the refinancing was seamless. And most importantly fast. We closed in less than 60 days. It could have closed sooner had I not delayed the appraisal. :) I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone interested in refinancing.

Shawn Cohen, Paul DiGuilio and Michael Sciver answered all my questions in a timely, professional manner and are all experienced, nice guys. I felt they are honest, which is the most critical aspect when borrowing for a mortgage. My impression was a positive one and I would recommend.

I would not recommend Allied Mortgage to anyone. There were little errors along the way that though I brought them up, Allied never fixed them. It resulted in a delay and a MAJOR problem at the end. The agent said they were waiting for an appraisal, but it had been waived and the cost refunded. I was told twice they were waiting for it and I reminded them twice that it was waived. I had requested a specific closing agent. Allied ended up using their own and listing both on closing documents. I brought this up to them and was told it was fine, we were closing with their agent. Closed with Allied's agent and then Allied sent the monies to the closing agent I requested. Not recommended at all.

Received the best service from Gary Mastroddi. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

They called me offering a refinance. Did not disclose the important details of the offer! Only what they wanted to tell us just to steal 15,000 dollars from us.
DO NOT use this company!!

Richard Proctor will do what it takes to get the job done. He works very hard to make your dream home a reality. If it wasn't for Rick and his efforts I don't believe my purchase would have happened.

Working with Brett was a great experience. Brett is courteous and professional and always available to answer any questions. He helped me along the process, always returning my calls and answering my questions and making sure the process was moving forward as promised. John and his support staff we some of the best professionals in the industry. To say that we had a complicated and unique situation is without a doubt a huge understatement. We have been trying to get our mortage done for about 6-8 weeks. We came sending the same documents over and over , now I have to hear from my realtor that my mortage guy Dan put us on hold to get his closing done. At this point I have to D side whether to get a lawyer or call the mortage board of Licensing to have some thing done about this!!!!

We got our mortgage through allied. I've never worked with a more inept and incapable group of people in my life. Even the title company and realtor were amazed at the incapability of these people to do anything properly. The lack of communication between their office staff nearly cost us our home during the buying process several times. We have bought 4 homes and would NEVER recommend allied, EVER, to anyone. EVER. Run for your life and choose ANYONE else! They also immediately sold our loan and never notified our homeowners insurance company. Completely unprofessional staff who were totally confused as to where they were in the process and who had what at any given time. We had to resubmit everything several times because they can't communicate! Aldo, they lost my husband's phone number (who was the primary on the loan) and had to call me to get it! Who does that?! And, we could never get a clear answer out of them because it changed constantly! (i have the emails to prove this) If we hadn't been so long into the process, we would have switched lenders in a heartbeat. But we were a week from closing and they had us by the short hairs. In short, in my opinion, allied should lose their licenses and their lines of communication with the public should be cut based on our experience with these people. Edgar and Justin were our processors. This company is a mess. Thank God they sold our mortgage. Now maybe we can work with someone who knows what the he'll they're doing. All I know is I have saved every piece of communication from everyone and only communicate with them through email now becauseIi do not feel I can trust allied.... At all. Ever.

This is the third time we have refinanced and this one was the easiest. Kailyn provided us the best refi rate and did an excellent job, she was prompt in responding to any questions we had and would highly recommend her.

Fast, friendly, courteous service from Marcus Morales and the remainder of the staff at Allied, especially Amanda Perea. They were quick and clear in all of their instructions when it came to us providing all of the documentation they needed. There were a few issues that came up along our refinance process that were unexpected and were not the fault of Allied, but they quickly resolved them for us and we moved forward and closed within the 30-day rate lock period. By FARRRRR the worst homebuying experience I have ever had. Multiple requests for already submitted documentation and a mad rush on the day of close due to their reviewer not even looking at the documents until the morning of. We had to push our close out and jump through amazing hoops to get a close. They knew so much about our situation (I was out of country) and acted totally surprised, shocked and confused about that on the day of close. They sold our mortgage in a week with no knowledge to us or our homeowners company and a month later STILL haven't made the payment for insurance that was included in our costs at close. They took our money and then disappeared. We are considering a suit for breach of contract and their ineptitude nearly cost us our home several times. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run don't walk to another provider.

Chris recently helped me completed my refinance. He is friendly and honest in the whole process and did the best as he can to get the good rate of what I targeted. After the close, due to the close agent's a small mistake, I asked Chris for help and he immediately helped out. I will recommend him to my friends.

I dealt with Greg F. the entire time and everything was fine in the beginning but settlement was postponed. There was no line of communication anymore. Waited 2 weeks to get a new settlement date but he never responded to multiple emails. The seller ended up relisting the property and canceling our contract because of the lack of communication. Nice person but he needs to follow through on his deals regardless of how busy the industry is.

I just closed on a home and worked with Shawn, he was super helpful throughout the process. He was always available to answer questions, and made sure I was always aware of where we were in the process. He worked closely with my agent as well. I ve already referred him to a couple of friends!

Tammy Zambito is extremely competent and was absolutely superb in helping us purchase our home in York! We live all the way across the country so she was very good at emailing us, calling, letting us know if she'd sent us documents to sign. Todd Hahn at ReMax Preferred Swedesboro NJ is not only a great realtor to work with he's a genuinely nice guy. I first met Todd when we applied to rent our current home. From the start he was honest and got the job done quickly. When we decided to buy the house it was a lengthy process and a lot of patience was required on his part. We recently purchased a new home through Allied Mortgage and had a great experience with them. At the beginning, our loan officer Michael Giglio, acted more as an advisor than loan officer as he explained some of the nuances of buying in a very popular community. He was very patient over the six months it took us to find a property. When we finally found something, he and his team worked very hard to get us approved quickly. We closed two weeks ago and the process was flawless.

Zach and his team were great to work with. They were alway helpful and always answered our questions, even in the later hours of the day. The estimate that was provided to us was right on the spot with the final closing costs and numbers, no hidden surprises or fees. It was a great experience. I would personally recommend Zach anytime. Had a very unpleasant experience while refinancing my home loan with Allied Mortgage Group this week. I was refinancing from a 30 year to 15 year term. 5 days prior to scheduled closing I got with the loan officer Mr. S.A. Patel to change the final loan amount up by $4k. He told me no problem and he would make the change. This wasn't a problem with me having a excellent credit rating, more than required income, and owing about half the appraised value of my home with the new loan.
The attorney with National Equity Title came to the house on Monday afternoon for my closing. I indicated to the closing attorney that the loan amount was not what was agreed to. Ms. Ford told me no problem and added a note on the loan terms that the final loan amount would change prior to final closing and had me initial. We finish all the paperwork and she calls Allied Mortgage Group to let them know. Well now they tell her we can't close with the note on the change in amount. Then she abruptly leaves.
Minutes later I get a call from a senior loan officer from Allied stating that this is what happens when you request a change to the loan amount an hour or 2 before closing placing the blame on me. This infuriated me further and I let him know the change was agreed to 5 days earlier by Mr S.A. Patel, not an hour or two before closing. Rather than choosing to be cooperative and doing what was needed to fix the discrepancy, the Senior loan officer then bullied me stating I only had two choices 1) accept closing for the lesser amount 2) reschedule or cancel closing.Not knowing where interest rates had moved, I went with the lesser amount of loan than agreed to and closed to forego the inconvenience of another closing.
Why did the closing attorney with National Equity Title first tell be the amount could be changed with my initialed note that she added? Why did she rush out of the house without trying to correct the loan amount to complete the agreed to terms? After all I have a FAX and printer. The whole closing has left me with bad feelings towards both Allied Mortgage Group and National Equity Title. Will not use or recommend either in the future.

From the moment I made contact with Gary everything went really smooth. He answered all my questions, even questions that he had to get back to me on. We selected Robert because he was upfront, and helpful making our refinance simple. Process took about 8 weeks to complete and was delayed by requests for us to unlocked/unfreeze our credit that turned out to be an issue with the underwriter. We were pleased that we were able to complete the entire process, except for the closing, virtually. Overall would recommend.
