These guys are fantastic! I think they are brothers. They have been on the same corner for something like 40 years or something. I've been taking my car there for many years and would never go anywhere else.

Best thing about this place is that they fix whats broken and do not try and sell you all sorts of crazy stuff!

Excellent customer service and there me Hicks have a wealth of knowledge who truly care about your automotive needs. Highly recommended for any and all of your automotive needs !!!

I had a great experience here:
- The office manager communicated well, answered the phone when I called, and called me back after the repair to let me know I could pick up my car.
- They fit me in last-minute.
- The mechanic had the work completed within the time frame and within the amount they had quoted me and explained what had needed fixed clearly (and without trying to sell me more than I needed).

I have no complaints and would certainly return here for work in the future!

They repeatedly overcharged me. The head mechanic / manager gave me a verbal quote for the repair. After the repair, he charged me one-and-a-half to two times his quote. When I complained, he gave me an excuse. He did this several times until I stopped shopping here. I was not the only one. Once, I saw a woman pay him in advance, thinking if she pay him at the time of the quote, he can't change the price after the repair is done. I don't know if it worked; I didn't come back to find out.

Awesome service man. I went up there to see about a noise my Mazda was making and he was able to tell me within two minutes of getting there.

Going to Mac's has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a mechanic. My car had been making a weird dinging sound for months and honestly, I was dreading bringing it in because I didn't know of any mechanics that I trusted (I only ever went to the dealer).

My coworker suggested that I try Mac's (she's been a customer for years) and honestly, I will never go anywhere else again. They went through the trouble of driving my car around multiple times to hear what I heard and then had to dig around quite a bit to find the culprit.

Their expertise and kindness has made me a customer for life.

Serviceman was nice, just needed a tire plugged.
HOWEVER, the crabby ole women inside didn't speak & acted annoyed as if i interrupted her lunch. While it looked as if she was eating chicken out of a plastic bag.....smh Can't say she was racist, but she definitely was RUDE AS HELL. She needs to be in back doing paperwork NOT upfront to greet customers.
