I got "the works," we should've included cleaning all the windows and mirrors and all of the leather and plastic inside the vehicle. They did a good job smearing the dirt around on the outside mirrors but didn't actually clean them. The windows were pretty clean in the middle areas but it was clear that they didn't bother to get the corners or edges.
