Terrible customer service. Did not have item in stock that I was told they were shipping... I've been trying to get in contact with them and was unsuccessful. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from "Street Moda".
My personal experince. Great price and speedy shipping but NOT an authorized dealer for Justin Boots and they failed to inform me that the usual 1 year manufacturer warranty thru Justin Boots was void because of them NOT being an authorized dealer. Four months after the purchase, the soles of both boots have fallen off! Not very pleased now and will more than likely never purchase from them again.
Streetmoda - is the best place EVERR to buy shoes. When I buy shoes I don't buy 1, I don't buy 2, I buy 5! With Streetmoda's dedication to quality, I can always depend on them to deliver an authentic brand-named shoe at an affordable price. Not only do I stock up on shoes with Street Moda, I also value how they get out in their community to make a difference. They do it locally, globally, and even maintain economic efficient standards. If you do not buy nor know about Street Moda, I am like, OK, Let me just show you. They are the "Bomb.com", metaphorically speaking, of course.
costumer service rep was nice. BUT took nearly a month for my return. not happy
Ordered a shoe. When I received the package I smell something similar to a paint thinner. When I opened the package the smell was so bad I felt dizzy. The shoes smells like a paint thinner. The Shoes is made of cheap material inside and out. I will not recommend getting any shoes from StreetModa. When I requested for a return authorization number via email. The customer service was very responsive. But, after they received the returned merchandise. It's very hard to contact them either by phone or email. It's almost 3 weeks already. No response. No credit yet.
Not sure why all the hate, maybe I have been lucky so far. I have ordered twice from this company and they have yet to disappoint me. The 1st order, size didn't fit, only had to email them once and they took care of me with a refund and reorder (just because they didn't have the other size). My 2nd order was shipped out within 4 days of purchase, which is not bad considering it's a free shipping.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with these people they never answer the phone
Horrible horrible. Cancelled birthday present order without reason. Wish I could give them negative stars.
What a nightmare they are to deal with. I exchanged a pair of shoes that didn't fit, and had to send about 10 e mails and 10 phone calls to get the shoes replaced, and it is 3 weeks later and i still did not get my refund. they told me that they were refunding the money but it never showed up in Paypal;
I am beyond impressed with this website ! The prices are amazing, and my order shipped the next day. The lacoste shoes fit perfectly and are very high quality, especially considering the price.
It's been over two weeks and they still haven't shipped my item. The FAQ says they ship within 24-48 hours.Their response to my emails is that they've been too busy. It's not my problem that don't have enough employees.
I ordered shoes and though they looked nice I wasn't in love with the color. I called Street Moda and asked for a refund. Everything went smoothly and since I chose to exchange my order for a Street Moda gift card they added an additional $15 of credit. So basically I returned my pair of $25 shoes (they paid shipping) and got a $40 gift card. Not so bad.
Like my shoes but they are the wrong size. As explained in paper, I sent an email to customer service requesting authorization to exchange. After days passed and I got no response, I tried to call. I've tried that many times and left messages. No one responds. That's what I call bad customer service. This will be my first and only purchase from Street Moda. What a shame....the shoes are cute.
Order shoes and them SUPER FAST. I love that they have mens and womens shoes. I buy for me and my sons. I love that they also ship so fast!!!!
So I bought some Nike AirMax on this site for $60 bux. They are like $180 at the mall. This site is cool as heck. Legit. Cant wait to buy more shoes when I get paid next week
