This theater is absolutely beautiful. Aside from being gorgeous to look at by itself, it is run by friendly people. We went to see Book of Mormon and there were plenty loveseat Usher's to help us find our correct area. Restrooms were very clean and the overall experience was near perfect.

It was really a grand experience. Found a parking spot across the street. Having parking so close was very very good. The customer service of are entering the property and going to the Gathering was also very good. I thought the service could have brought around more food more quickly. But it was a good experience nonetheless. The individuals who are at the door to let you go into the actual seating area are very good at their jobs they take the ticket take you to the road explained to you where your seats are and you are so comfortable with that experience. I'm looking forward to the next 7 shows being as good as this or even better. The play was off-the-charts fantastic. The actors were great the whole writing and production of the play was off-the-charts good. Thank you Straz theater you hit a homerun. Michael T.

Loved everything except the front row experience. Row A is so close to the stage, we all had to look to one side as we were so far below the stage and right against the stage. We could only see a couple of the members of the orchestra. The front row is probably the worst seat in the entire place.

Called to reserve tickets for the nutcracker and asked about purchasing over the phone or in person, I was reassured in person the tickets would not run out upon my arrival in 1 hour. To our family's disappointment the show was sold and they said there are no guarantee and we should have done it over the phone in advance when a staff member on the bluetooth speaker in our car with the whole family assured us otherwise. Ruined our kids last day of being in FL before flying out was a waste of time. Would have gone to Orlando's cirquedesoliet

Loved the venue. We saw the show "chicago" the performance was great. Intermission was troublesome for the ladies, as lines for restrooms were long.i feel that a large show venue loses a sense of intimacy when you can't meet the cast after a show. Loved it other than that.

Beautiful location to see plays, concerts, and attend meetings. I would reccomend being apart of their email list. Once and a while you will receive emails for plays at an extremely cheap price. For those Wicked fans, the show usually comes here every year around January.

Have had Broadway passes for a few years now. Good quality shows this season. Impossible to find inexpensive parking. Wish there was a middle aisle in the orchestra section of Morsani Hall.

Great theater. I only have two complaints. They only have 1 changing table for babies at the front. They need to have more for their shows that are for children. Also once I got close to the building, my phone wouldn't work and I couldn't get my app to open to pull up the tickets. Need to have better wifi or something!

It is an interesting venue in terms of design and layout. We attended Hamilton, after having seen it previously at the Dr. Phillip's Center here in Orlando. As there are multiple stages withing the Straz, a better map layout at the entryways would improve communication and reduce confusion.

The exiting process is also a hot mess, and there should be a process review to see if something could be improved.

Beautiful, classy venue inside. Parking garage leaves a few things to be desired though, such as the stairwell not being marked inside to let you know what level you are on. The larger shows tend to completely grid-lock their parking garage to where you could not even back out of your parking space and vehicles that were in-line to exit had not moved for probably 15-20 minutes or more. We saw people give up, exit their vehicles, and just walk off somewhere - yes; it was that bad! They have concession stands / bars throughout the facility - the night we went a 12oz can of soda or a 16oz bottled water was $3 - not too bad. Try to use the covered, elevated walkway that connects the garage to the Straz Center itself; it makes things a lot easier. Make sure to use the restroom before leaving or just hang out for 20 minutes or so until exiting the garage becomes feasible, lest you find yourself stuck in unmoving garage traffic with a terrible urge to use 'the facilities' :D

Saw Wicked for the first time at the Straz Center. Nice facilities, friendly staff, great sound and views from all around. Parking is kind of a hassle when they're at full demand, but that's to be expected at any large scale event.
