Attendants were very empathetic and polite for my family's service. They were helpful and also reassuring to the family members who were distraught. Facility was not morbid or sad-looking. Very clean and cozy.

Lacks ethics within its service. No apology from owner once notified of disruptive behavior from staff. Educating members of this association of Covid-19 safety rules and customer service is needed. You can't have 10 people sit together in first two rows and expect a grieving husband and wife to separate their seating in the third row. (Matthew 19:6)

I traveled 400 miles to pay my respects
At the last minute they canceled the funeral and out the blue became nasty and unprofessional with communication i will never do business with them again

Just too many mistakes to overlook. First they didnt allow me to wash, and anoint my fathers body, according our burial ritual. Secondly, they promised during our consultation to have a blowed up picture of my dad, along with the obituaries. But when we got there they blamed us for not having it, saying the family was supposed to have bought it.

Thirdly they didn't put what we wanted inside of his casket. Another fault, was promising us a tent over the graveside service in case it rained, with chairs, only to find out the day before ther service that the tent wouldn't be there. This was with me following up and asking about it. Either they forgot to tell us, or they wasnt even going to mention it.

Finally after receiving a warm carring environment during our consultation, it turned very business like at the actual burial. With them rushing us, after not giving us a time frame to work with. They did well on the obituary, and the casket, as well as arriving on time. But I suggest they would pay a bit more attention to the details.

An obituary was provided for my dad's memorial service, but was not copied exactly as transmitted (via email) to the program. Therefore, an entire paragraph was omitted... My family didn't notice the missing paragraph until the day of the memorial service. Later, when my sister asked about it, she was told - that's why you were given the opportunity to proofread the program. We should not have had to proofread what should have simply been "copied and pasted". The process to get documents to my dad's insurance company was very slow, as well.

Excellent service for my grandmother. Very professional and attentive to my family's needs. Please consider their services in your time of need.
