the Alert1 system is excellent i could not ask for a better product. my daughter purchased this for me and pays for it. my one complaint is the Kelsi belt case is very poorly made as of today i have purchased 3 of them as the zipper is plastic and fails if i could find another unit to protect my device i would purchase it . additionally there is a minimum $15.95 shipping charge i don't expect it to be sent free it could be placed in a usps box for $9.95.
