Stratus is a great company to work for and with! I have many years of experience with Professional Employers and Stratus.hr is the best ever! i would and have referred them to my family and friends.
Worst PEO to work with. Impossible to get a live person on the phone. Employees feel like they have no one to go to.
Shady business dealings (won t provide information requested and zero communication So makes you wonder what details they don t want you to see).
Very expensive and you give up all control if your business when you go with a PEO!
I would not recommend this company to anyone for anyone reason because they are misrepresent critical information that every potential employee needs to know in order to make good choices that work for both themselves and the employer. Additionally, they will retaliate and refuse to do simple follow up like refuse to mail your W2's to you even knowing that you've not got access to a computer, etc., they just yammer "that's what you signed up for..." and then will lie and tell you "we'll call you back..." but they don't... and what are they avoiding? Doing their jobs. So, if you want great service? It's not here. If you want great support? It's not here. This is a great economy, so you need not rely upon shabby work and a poor standard for people who actually PROSPER off of you!
We ve been using Stratus.hr for almost two years now and have had a great experience. Everyone we work with is always timely with their responses and willing to go the extra mile. Our account rep is the best. She is readily available in assisting us with all our needs. They are always professional, willing and happy to help us. We never feel like we are bothering them or a burden when reaching out for our various needs. They do all of the leg work during our benefit renewals and take the stress of that away. It s been great partnering with Stratus.hr and would recommend them highly.

We've been with Stratus for several years now and are very satisfied. With the unique nature of our business, many of the "cookie cutter" PEO options available wont work. Stratus has specially curated a concierge type service for us. We have a dedicated team that works with us however is needed. Its a wonderful company and I highly recommend.
