Great company. They turned up on time , did the work efficiently and quickly and were gone without any fuss. Nice guys and super equipment. They got it done, will use them again.

This is the first time we have used Hydro-Cleansing and we were very impressed. Nathaniel Martin was extremely helpful and efficient in the office and the engineer was very helpful, cheerful and explained everything. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other drainage companies we have used over the years. I have already recommended them to a client and they are now near the top of my favourite suppliers list.

Unless you want to be charged extortionate prices and enjoy abysmal customer service then don't go near this company. I am a main contractor and have had a gut full of their antics and overcharging. Time to move on.

Price was nowhere near estimate provided. Getting an invoice was very difficult. Three months after initial job they debited my bank account again.

Excellent customer service especially when dealing with Charles, very proactive at dealing with issues and keeping me updated on works progress.

Quoted one price but charged a lot more .Office took out money from my account before giving me the invoice and agreeing.Please stay away from this company,Real Scammers.

Charles was great with communication and organised the whole job well.
