I bought your product DELTA DLX(3 Burner) during the month Aug 2016.Next month itself the main burner got damaged.To inform the same I tried contacting customer care for more than two week. At last the call got connected and I registered the complaint. Customer care cell informed me that technician will come and rectify the fault with in 72 hrs.
Till now there is no response either from customer care or from maintenance wing.

I purchased a Blackline Cook Top gas stove, just after one week the small burner flame get used to off automatically with leakage of gas, we noticed and we used to switch off cylinder.
Three times your service man visited replaced some component again the issue persisted, i requested for the product replacement but they never bothered.
Since i am addressing my issue on this public forum you should be more concerned, what a pathetic product manufacturer.
Try to retain the customer,save brand image even every want to make money but not like this, if you earn money like this how can you sustain in such competitive world for long time.

We immediately noticed & control the fire. Also closed the gas control. On continuously calling toll free number more than 10 times its auto message coming as line is busy and disconnecting. We never thought the product quality & services were this much poor. Safety precautions should be at most important in gas but they are manufacturing and marketing substandard products. Very poor service. I registered for a complaint for replacement of burner in a glass top. The request # is 1652949 on January 15. Till today no one called up or visited my place for the service. I called up the service engineer available in the link provided by Stove Kraft. He says his office does not service the area where I reside and asked me to contact the customer care again.
