Home appliances manufacturer. Good company but located very far from the city.

Great place ,world class manufacturing facility and huge product range in the kitchen ware

Zero support. Do not buy any products from this fraud company. All the products are cheap chinese. Product stopped working after a month.

They do not provide any kind of service in warranty. They will make false commitments that your problem will be solved soon.

All the persons at service center are dead and will ask you to contact some random person in your area who is travelling since 2-3 weeks.

I have Service ID : 1187978 but not a single person has contacted me since 3 weeks even after regular follow up.

They will put you call on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. They will not face any customers and have cheap tactics.

i want to give minus riview and no customer care support all are passing the query and no one is ready to take responsiblity and no one is available to handle the query very very bad expierence with all staff and online portal also. why are u in india? go to hell

Disappointed , Customer Care Rude , worst after sale service , No Service Center in Delhi. No home Visit if you request then 150 charge even if your product is in warranty.
Customer care Mukesh suggested me to go to local repair shop and Don't waste my time ...!!! Seriously..

I have filed a law suit in the high court for a major accident reported by my client.

I purchased an induction but quality is very worst. Technician told to fix this within 2 day but still waiting for the same. It is my suggestion please don't but any product of this company. Neither their products nor their service is good. You have to suffer if you are going to purchase it . I am waiting till Saturday else I will fix it somewhere in my toilet and will Shree the pic soon.

bought Air fryer 2.6, it never worked and i have chasing (calling , writing mails) but no help, all they keep on saying that i have to take this machine to 29 km away to another city for it to be reviewed. Worst ever services

First time visited a manufacturing unit, big place many separate individual manufacturing units

Bought a Pigeon gas stove from them. The burner had an issue. I contacted the vendor who said they would send someone within 3 working days. However, till date noone has come to check. Pathetic customer service. Avoid purchasing from this vendor.

Pathetic service center. No response at all. Please don't consider buying this item.

i purchased Dosa tawa.& it's not working properly .no dosa coming ,i tried to contact customer care , and local service person-mr. sonu .i made mistake to going with this brand. please don't buy anything.

Good unit. manufacturing of Cookware s amd other home appliances. located in an industrial area at around 50km from Bangalore. located at outskirts of Bangalore city. has good approach roads from city. unit is spacious.

Manufacturer of pigeon cookwares and Gilma appliances. Located in Harohalli, it's one of the better manufacturing set ups you'll come across.

I purchased mixer within 2 weeks it becomes not working when I tried to call Customer care no body responding I want to complaint consumer forum for this service no service center responding

Super am working in the company in 3months running others wise cheeting in the sallary was very low

Such a bad company and worst customer service. Never buy any Pigeon product. Is a fraud company. Such inferior and cheap product. They don't give warranty they just do fraud with customer.

See this Tawa and Frypan, the induction base came out from the product in just 6 months of use.

Pegeon Consta cool. This recharge air cooler is not good rate very high,the sale man saying minmam 4 hour working just this aircooler 20 or 25 minutes working don't buy please all customers thank U.

Never ever buy any GILMA PIGEON products.
Please stick to other reputed brands.
This brand is a cheat. Service engineers do not respond. Call center people never answer your calls, and if by luck they do answer, they have the audocity to hang up on you, the moment you ask them some question, they are unable to answer.
Looks like only they have all the work load of the world.
We as clients are super free, to keep following up with them over mails and 100 phone calls.
URGE EVERYONE, PL DO NOT BUY ANY PIGEON products
