Very nice place to enjoy a local beer either outside on the patio, or inside out of the wind. Lots of craft beers to chose from... Service was great, and the flatbread was delicious!!

So so good. Gluten free pizza crust is prefect. Servers who work here are so sweet and spot on. Loved the outdoor setting. Made living with a covid environment less stressful. I'm coming here again for sure!!!!!!!!!

Lovely spot, super nice staff, and awesome atmosphere. Wait times may be a bit longer in the summer when it gets busy, but it's always been worth the wait for me. Great place to hang out with friends, and is a must-stop road trip destination. Love this place.

Must have been an off day.
We went here by a reccomdation from Google, which had great reviews, and there was no wait.
Unfortunately the service once we got into to the restaurant and sat down was downhill.
Our waiter messed up pretty much every aspect of the order we put in. And disappeared for long chunks of time, leaving us without refills of our drinks, food corrections from the wrong orders, and not even silverware or napkins until specifically asked for.
Don't mind the fact 2 salads were ordered.
The food that did get correctly delivered was pretty tasty. But rather pricey for what it was.

Staff was flawless, kind, very welcoming and attentive. Flat bread and sandwiches were superb. The rainmaker ale was delicious. Will definitely be back and bringing friends.

The green bean appetizer was the best app I've ever had, their belgian beers on tap were plentiful and all absolutely amazing (the flight is a great way to go), service was speedy and attentive. All around an A1 place for pizza, belgian beer, and apps

Great food, a wide selection of good beer, and reasonable prices. Nice place with a cool atmosphere.

We went to stormcloud with our two young girls and had a remarkable time. It was chilly and the only table left was outside. Service was fast. They had great menu choices. We got the Bavarian flat bread and my husband got the Reuben, which both happened to be items of the day so a bit cheaper than normal. The pizza was unbelievable. The owner (I assume) came out and asked us how we were doing, brought us some big wool blankets to keep warm. There was a side yard with kids playing as well. So many good things to say. We'll definitely go back when in the area again and tell everyone about our visit.

Shorter than stated wait. Great beer, apps, entrees and dessert. Service was exceptional as well. Fun board games to pass time while waiting as well.

Brewery first and small kitchen. Tried a few different brews and they were all exceptional and their pizza was absolutely otherworldly. Fantastic service, great atmosphere. For what you're getting, they also very fairly priced.

Exactly what what was needed for the area.

Oh, and it rocks.

Gave our table away, we waited over an hour we were next and line and they gave away our table to a party of the same size that had just walked up, we talked to them about it and they did nothing. Pathetic staff

This was our third time to Stormcloud. We were sat outside near the server stand. It took about about seven to ten minutes before a server came up and said hello. We got our beer and food order in. Beer came out quickly.

There were a couple of problems after that:
1. The food runners didn t know where food was going. This despite the fact that each table is labeled with a card. We were offered some salads that weren t ours, and several times we heard runners ask, Where does this go?
2. My food didn t get put in. We got our app, my wife got her pizza but I thought maybe mine was running late. After 10 minutes I asked the server and Whoops! Thought it was a mistake and they didn t get ordered. An apology never came, just an oh, that was my bad. Typically in this instance you ll find a discount or comped dish, but no such thing happened. Mistakes happen, so don t worry, I still left a good tip.

The food and beer are solid. The service is confused. Again, it s boggling because each table has a sign that designates it. My guess is this is so servers know where to go but it s not included in the ordering system. That would be a solid upgrade.

Yes, you should visit Stormcloud. Just expect some wonky service from young adults and you ll be fine!

I'm naan interested in stormcloud brewpub. From the quote of 2 hours for a wait, which was massively overstated, to the empty tables all around, to the nonsensical menu, and flavorless coleslaw I have to say this place is top to bottom the most overrated restaurant I've ever been to. Usually a place rated this highly is at least mediocre, but the service was bad: we had to ask for napkins and silverware... They got all drink orders wrong. The food was underseasoned, the blandest coleslaw I've ever tasted, and they serve chips instead of fries, which is borderline at best. Also, for a place so reliant on naan they have generic store bought naan for all their dishes. Also, the portions are bad because the side dishes they offer, chips and flavorless coleslaw, are lacking. If you go to this town eat at dingy's.

If you like good beer, good food and a great atmosphere - then you need to visit Stormcloud Brewing Company! During the summers you can sit outside and enjoy the fantastic weather. In the winter grab Dinner at Stormcloud then head next door for a movie at the Garden theater.

Decent beer and food. Nice outdoor space. A bit off-putting though that we were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait for 2, but bigger parties could get sat right away. They seemed to not want to seat 2 ppl at a table that would seat 4 even though there were plenty of open tables. Luckily a small table opened up quickly, but that policy isn't cool.

Stormcloud Brewing makes some outstanding beers....be sure to stop while in the Frankfort region and try them out. Especially good are the porter and stout beer. Very smooth, nice chocolate flavor in the stout, and excellent finish. The food is OK. The pretzels are really good and go great with a flight! Great staff and servers, nice atmosphere.

Learned to "curl" here on the outdoor rink. What a great time we had! If you think curling is a lame sport, please try it! There is a LOT of balance , strength and strategies at work. Aaron was our instructor coach, and he did a great job. 10/10 recommended!

I visited stormcloud while on a bicycle tour of the lake Michigan shoreline and could not have been happier with the quality of the beer, food, and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I were tired from a days ride and enjoyed the opportunity to unwind with good drink and food. We were impressed with the treatment we received by the owner of the establishment, being a Brewer my self I appreciated the tour of the brewery. If you are in town and are looking for good food, drink, and maybe some live music, stop by!

Ate here last night with a group of four. Whiled Away (IPA), Disappearing Porter, Rainmaker Ale (pale ale), and Birdwalker Blonde (golden ale) all received rave reviews. Caprese pizza and Stormevore pizza were excellent.

Great food selections. It was hard to chose, everything looked so good. My wife got the rider on the storm flatbread, she loved it. I got the brisket sandwich and it was excellent. Beer was also good! Great atmosphere, great food, great beer.

Specializes in Belgians, meats, and cheese? Yes, please! Seriously though, this is a fun place to grab good food and drink. Had the cheddar ale soup and roasted root vegetable salad which were both good. Also had a flight of their 4 Belgians on tap, a dubbel, two trippels, and the dark strong ale, some of which were fantastic! Ended up eating half the bratwurst my Mom ordered because hers was a lot of food. Outdoor seating for summer, plenty of indoor space for the rest of the year. Glad to see this place open all year-round unlike so many others in Frankfort.

Great selection of beers, some pretty good food, and good outdoor space. They have six packs available for a couple of things, and can 32oz crowlers for everything else.

Nice place . comfort foods. Indoor and outdoor seating with a lawn area for drinks and corn hole games. Entertainment was nice.

This is the one and only place we "eat out" at when we are on vacation in Michigan. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food fantastic.

Nice place with good beer and relaxed atmosphere. We went here with family, including seven children. Several ordered the sandwich special that day (turkey, avocado, tomato) which had real slices of turkey and flavorful. The pulled pork nachos were covered in their own cheese sauce, which was amazing, but there wasn't much pork. The beer cheese soup was everything you'd hope for in beer soup, with a spicy kick and chips stirred in. Sounds weird, but it was good! Eat it before the chips get soggy. Every one enjoyed what they had, and the kids meals were generous. 4 stars only because the waitress didn't come by much, and we could have used her.

While passing thru the beautiful town of Frankfort, decided to stop by Stormcloud for a quick lunch. Completely BLOWN AWAY by how fresh and amazing the food was! The Fowl Weather Sandwich and Cheddar Ale Soup was out of this world! Will definitely be back!!

Beer was good and staff were friendly but the amount of fruit flies all over my food and in my drink was a little unbearable. They don't let dogs in the outside area.

I'm very impressed with Stomcloud. Lowell was a polite professional server. The food was very good. The selection of high quality beer was 2nd to none. I sampled several beers and all were very good to excellent. I hope they open a tap room near Detroit.

Really good bacon grilled cheese and tomato soup. Also, great selection of beer!

The service was ultra friendly and I really enjoyed their brews (especially the Pumpkin Trippel and Andy's Stout). If you're in the area and enjoy beer, this is definitely worth visiting. Do be warned, it can get busy and if you want an inside seat (they have an outdoor heated tent) you may be waiting in your car for a text from their door person. Still worth the wait to me, though.

Great food and beer, atmosphere was great and Tim S. (our bartender) was fantastic! I would drive back up from Kalamazoo just to stop at Stormcloud Brewery. My wife and I, during an impromptu road trip up Lake Michigan shore line for a few days happened to spend a day in Frankfort and so glad we did. Not a big review guy, but have to give credit where credit is due.... nice job!

Stopped by for a beer. Asked the bartender if they had a lager. I was brusquely told no. I then asked if they had a Pilsner. Again I was abruptly told no, followed by we make out own beer here . Besides showing an appalling lack of knowledge of beer and the company s product, it was very rude. The rest of my party had sat down at the bar and had a similar horror story about the bartender. I asked a server who the manager was to log a complaint and imagine my surprise when she pointed at the rude bartender! There are plenty of very nice places and people in this area. I certainly do not recommend this establishment.

We rented a thunderdorm and had a great time! Their sandwiches and beer are on point! Overall fun experience! We will be back this summer!

My wife and I truly loved this place. Good friends of ours come to Frankfort every summer and rave about this brewery, so we had high expectations going in and even those were exceeded! The beer is some of the best I have ever had and we go to a LOT of craft breweries (16 just during a week's vacation in Michigan). The pizza was phenomenal as were the pretzel sticks with horseradish mustard. The service was good considering how busy they were. We went for a late lunch on the way to our second campsite and ended up driving an hour back north to Frankfort a couple of days later just to go to Stormcloud again. This is an absolute must-stop if you are anywhere near Frankfort. No excuses!

Went in today with the whole family, quick great service. Waiter explained everything made sure we got enough food for us and kiddos by helping with some suggestions. Beer was amazing!! The pizza was good, Caesar salad was best I've had in a while! Will be back again for sure!

We stopped in for lunch during the "COVID crisis", and were very pleased to see proper precautions in place. The food was OUTSTANDING, and service also OUTSTANDING. Kudos to the management and owners for doing the right thing and insisting on patrons and staff masking except when eating/drinking at their tables, as well as distancing tables far enough apart.

A must visit several times a year. We make the pilgrimage to go camping in the area and this is a must stop every time or on a out of the way visit on the way home from a up north trip. The micro beer brewed in house is some of the best I have ever had and with some made with organic and local ingredients. As much as I enjoy a cold beer, the amazing atmosphere, and friendly staff the real prize is the food. A select amount of well honed appetizers all exceed expectations. The reward is saving room for the personal sized but more than filling flatbeds. No matter what one you order will have flavor beyond expectations along with again some fresh and local ingredients. I can't suggest a quick visit even if there is a wait to end a day after watching the beautiful sunset behind the lighthouse.

Beer is great. Food is skimpy. I ordered the fish pate appetizer. For a table of 4 we received 3 small triangles of flat bread and two crackers. That's one each with one left over for $9.50. I asked for more bread and was told each little 1.5 inch piece of addition bread was an upcharge. I complained so the server went and put a few Ritz crackers on a plate and tossed it on the table. She said there, that's free. Wow. We had not been able to get silverware so I said "I suppose I have to pay for the silverware too." We finally received silverware. The pizza were just OK. This is a Hipsters place and not a value for the money. As I opened with the beer is great. Eat someplace else.

Friendly and accommodating table and kitchen staff. Delicious and flavorful food. Nice outdoor eating area with wind screens and heaters, but still bring a sweater or blanket.

I ordered the Thai One On pizza without the cheese, and they still piled on the other toppings; thank you! The beer is awesome, as well.

Decent vegan, healthier, and meat-free food options, too! Win-win.
